Never subscribe to their service. The product itself is very slow and buggy, really hard to design your layouts and overlays.

I asked them to cancel my account via email but they did not even acknowledged that request and 1 month later, they charged my card again.

I used Google to create my account with them, but when I tried to log in today, It won't allow me to log in via Google, it just loads and nothing happens. It seems like they disabled my account or something.

I emailed them asking if they can cancel on their own, and Marco said only I can cancel my subscription which is really impossible. It's highly impossible that they can't cancel my subscription on their end.

Now I am stuck and doesn't know what to do because I have to cancel my subscription through my account, but I can't even log in to my account in the first place.

Stay away from this company. They're very shady and the customer service is terrible.

I had a wonderful experience with the support. he did not give up on solving my issue with an old order that got lost and even compensated with a coupon for the stuff i was unable to restore.

Was stuck on how to add overlay to obs for 2 damn hours until i spoke to customer service team member Franc, Had my whole issue sorted in less than 10 seconds what absolute legend!

I had multiple questions about the overlays and hopw to incorporate them into a streaming software and Franc was very helpful answering any questions i had and recommending helpful platforms for me to look into

Login would only redirect to original landing page for own3d.pro. no idea what was going on, but they figured it in a couple days. And, now I'm good. 2nd time I've had to contact them about some weird login bug but they've worked like a charm 2 out of 2 times.
