Services are really great, but confused me a lot. If you want to buy panels etc. a download PSD or so, you must buy overlay package, own3d pro is not enough, it will give you just lower price. But support is great and own3d pro tool seems also great.

I purchased a one-year plan, but things quickly went downhill. Coincidence or not, shortly after I started using their service, two of my Twitch accounts were suspended. This made me uneasy, so I decided to stop using the service after just two months.

Fast forward a year, and I was unexpectedly charged for another year because the subscription was on auto-renew. I contacted their support team to request a refund since I no longer use or want the service. To my surprise, they informed me that refunds are only available for first-time subscriptions—not renewals. Seriously, what kind of policy is that?

The support experience was equally frustrating. Every time I reached out, I had to repeat myself because they only addressed one question per email, completely ignoring anything else I mentioned. This forced me to send multiple repetitive emails just to get basic answers.

In the end, I’m stuck paying for another year of a service I don’t want, my account incorrectly shows I’m on a free plan, and support couldn’t even handle my concerns properly. The whole experience has been a nightmare.

I absolutely do not recommend this company. Poor service, rigid refund policies, and terrible customer support. Avoid at all costs.

Fast and efficient attention, I bought a package of overlqys and I couldn't download them because of the store update, I sent an email to customer service and they responded quickly and the problem was solved

The team at OWN3D.tv and the team that do OWN3D.pro are one of the best, maybe even the best! The site is easy to use and is structured for all users of Twitch, Youtube and other well known brands of media. I made a blunder, and the team at OWN3D.Pro sorted me out. I originally brought a package from OWN3D.Tv which was super cheap because of the discounted sale they have. The feeling of buying something cool and cheap was filling for me, but while learning and eager to start I noticed I had to add everything to OBS myself which was not easy even though they have a help guide in their folder when you download your package. I was confused so I researched a little more, and noticed OWN3D.Pro. This was way better and easier to use, nether the less this is where the other problems came. I started editing in the OWN3D.Pro and was about to upload my edit on the CleanValo edit I used, but I notced when I uploaded it, the package I was using stopped me from using it cause I never paid for the premium. I got in contact with the help desk which got back to me quite quick! The person that guided me was Marco from OWN3D. He explained that both sites are two different bodies and that whatever I buy on one wont transfer to the other, but he understood my pain, and unlocked my package that I brought from TV to Pro. I was exhilarated, and was so thankful. This will be my first time ever starting to properly stream, and I wont have to give up because of the team that helped me continue. I will be buying from them again for sure.

Says its free, and even comes up under free searches, but clearly is not. You can ENTER the badge maker, but almost everything you try and do makes you pay. Have fun making a bloody blank square as an emote without paying. False advertising. THEN, they try and call you out for more information in an attempt to get you to remove your review. Damn straight I'll tie my real name to outing scummy moneymaking tactics. Plenty of other sites out there, save yourself the hassle. P.s. You can try and hide negative reviews all you want. Guess who has a verified review now, after you giving me less than an hour to prove myself? Maybe have some better business practices next time instead of trying to hide naysayers LOL. You do realise you tag your website for it be shown in a search right, meaning you tagged your own site as having "free items" You are welcome to constructive criticism when you stop trying to scam people, unfortunately :) ALSO: YOU marked the review as "malicious." Not trustpilot. YOU. It amazes me that you fail to understand the emails that get sent out, whenever you take any action on a review. Its really funny how you think a scam isnt a scam if its unsuccessful LOL. You dont understand the website you get reviews from. You dont understand scams, and you fail to understand the definition of "free." The audacity of salty business owners to sit in someones twitch chat. You must think I'm as dumb as you are.

had a rather frustrating support issue and the team was very helpful with getting it sorted out, so 10/10 on that front

their collection of overlays and other stuff is quite incredible and well designed, well worth it for an easy stream setup if thats what you need

I was having an issue with the chatbot, I tried using the OWN3D AI Assistant but it didnt provide the right solution to it. However, Jason came in clutch to help me with me issue and he's very responsive as well as helped me resolved my concern right away!

OWN3D found my order from like 2021 for me to be able to download overlays from that time. Very cool of them and they even refunded a newer purchase for the inconvenience. They went above and beyond.

So I had some problem with the widget chat they give you on their site. The problem refeer to bein unable to show my live chat on their templates. They gave me several answers but didnt work. But they didnt gave up and still helped me with the problem. At the end we found the solution and Im happy with the patient and the fast time they answered my requests

Terrible product. Advertises a one click install to import the theme to Streamlabs. Followed the instructions and the overlays were there but the alerts would not work.

Asked for assistance and just got told it was my fault and they wouldn't do anything about it. Continued to be rude then when asked for a refund just flat out refused and wished me luck.

I bought a theme straight from Nerd or Die after. Followed the same theme import instructions they give and it worked instantly so it is defintely not a user error. Just them trying to grab some money and not deal with the issue. Stay away from this unprofessional sham of a business!
