Derminator2

I purchased the Derminator2 and absolutely LOVE this fantastic, POWERFUL machine. The customer service was excellent and they were very friendly, helpful and fast with their replies (within 24 hours) to my messages. The shipping was extremely fast, to Canada and my order was shipped on the same day that I ordered. I highly recommend and will definitely purchase from them again! (Thank you Martina!)

I can safely safe this is the Best…

I can safely safe this is the Best microneedling machine out there, i wasted time with some others with weak motors and "nice colors" . The shop has everything one needs.

The support was beyond my expectation helpfull and fast working even on Weekend. I have never had such a wonderfull experience with support. so Easy 5 Star from me.

I have had an issue with the derminator…

I have had an issue with the derminator twice not working but the customer service is great the company sent me replacements for my issue right away. I think the derminator is the strongest microneedling device available that will also not tear skin so I will continue to use.

Be aware she will misuse your private data

BE aware she will even when you paid for an item, and I first rated this as 3 stars, as it’s weird a seller needs rental contracts or passports, after I paid irrevocably,

She then out of revenge will use your personal data and go on obscure websites, to post your personal data, claiming I was a bad buyer.

Its illegal to spread personal data and be careful what you send her, she will use it against you. In Europe it’s illegal. She never had my consent. Not only that she dragged my landlord in this as well, who had nothing to do with this,

Bullying people?, there is not a chance you will win any court case after abusing my personal data.

Be prepared she will plaster you allover just out revenge
She can’t do it though legit website because she has no proof to substantiate
So yes I bought a pen elsewhere and I can’t Imagine anyone else going through these issues

Read this it’s a crime to spread personal data as a company or private person

I will have to give it 3 stars as I do trust this company will refund me. A company imo is based on, customer service, the experience around buying, how that’s dealt with, then in the end, if the product is correct, and their after customer service. I live in the Netherlands currently I have dual citizenship, and I was told in my search to find a correct pen, that actually moves up and down.i even unmantled pens, they don’t do what they claim. So I was very excited I found this. Yes i was warned the owner could be ‘bit icky’. I wasn’t prepared for this. Once I ordered I received an email, it’s not that their website is easy to manoeuvre, so I figured I had to made to make a ticket. Then I was told that they don’t do 3rd parties, and delivery to the USA is long. I’m very confused as nowhere I ever gave an usa address as I’m not there, I thoughy this was my payment processor, I used ideal, which in itself means you can never do a chargeback. I was told I can’t do chargebacks, also I could never contact the company re issues with the device. I still wanted to know how on earth she mentioned sending it to a USA address. Well, she googled me, and as every American with (I’m originally Dutch ) a social security number, will pop up by a paid services. Meaning if you want ‘Real’ info you must pay. This is not a verified way of finding out where a person lives. She also then googled the address I entered when trying to buy this device. Which came up to a company. Which can have various of reasons. Google doesn’t give the truth most of the times. Yet even though I thought it was odd, she would google me, I mean she had my money I put trust in them. I even send her proof I did leave at the given address, as she requested that. Plus to be thorough my passport. I have nothing to hide. It’s still very unusual. I can’t really understand why thafs neccessary. She had blocked me and first says, I refunded you, you should try again, tomorrow. The support is not a chat so you must log back in to see updated messages. Because I didn’t answer (that message was a reply on an older). She decided no I won’t sell this product to you. Ok. So I was never really at fault and complied above and beyond. She made it confusing to belief whatever Info she found while googling, and to make up er mind I am not sure of what ? A scammer ? No apparently I am to stupid to be able to deal with the device. In no way I ever have been unkind in this process. She said some really ugly words, saying stuff as you say I’m demented, which was never said, unless she can proof that? Either way this has been an incredibly hurtful experience. I was too emotional as well according to her. I belief by just refunding ‘customers’ are not allowed to tell about their experience. Untrue it’s not only receiving the device it’s the whole experience, which should be pleasant. I’m mo scammer and not stupid either, as a suggestion, the tickets don’t refresh, meaning if she wrote something while you were responding on something else, then after that I see the new message, it then looks as if I had answered that message which I hadn’t seen. That’s confusing and caus4s miscommunication. I hope now not the whole the Netherlands will be blocked, or everybody that orders from there will be seen as my accomplice.
Well, no I can’t review the device itself but I can about their service and ordering. Be prepared to be googled and if that’s odd to her even though not validated then well, you are a scammer. Also you may not ever ask questions about products or devices `they sell. Which was a risk I was willing to take. But still. I don’t its quite right to be rude, and again I’m still mistified of what she was accusing me of, I do hope I will get the refund

This customer placed an unusually large order and she ordered three completely unrelated product lines, which is highly unusual and in the past happened nearly always with people who later filed a chargeback or people seeking to duplicate our products and compete with us, so we googled her name and her address. Her (very unique) name returned that she lives in the US, not the Netherlands and her Dutch address returned that a Dutch company was registered there, and we don't ship to 3rd parties (offices, places of work, etc.) As a current professional activity, she had listed "eBay product arbitrage" on LinkedIn.

When we politely asked her to clarify whether she indeed lived at that Dutch address and not in the US, she became extremely agitated and incoherent. She was very upset that we had googled her name, she said we were accusing her of being a criminal, etc. Highly emotional and seemingly something wrong with her ability to understand directions and explanations. It became clear to us that she was not only overly emotional but also unwilling and/or unable to comprehend written instructions. Since we sell medical devices for invasive (involving blood!) self-treatment and dozens of pages have to be firmly understood or permanent skin damage - or worse - could be the result, for her own safety and the legal liability of our company, we declined her the sale. We indeed have a "reputation of being difficult" and that is because we decline sales to approx. 5% of customers. Not everyone who wants to buy a gun will be permitted to obtain one, and it is the same with the medical devices we sell for self-treatment. Our China-based competitors sell inferior, dangerous equipment to whomever pays, we don't do business like that.

She then let her relative buy from us and we again canceled that order. Her relative then said she would damage our reputation online and wrote a litany of accusations and insults, even though we limited our communication to her to: "Sorry but we can't allow this sale because X". It's a lose-lose proposition for us in these cases - when we refuse to sell, people write bad reviews but in the past, when we did sell to such people, they'd damage our reputation even much more so, by not understanding the user guidelines and then posting online how terrible company we are. So we prefer bad "reviews" for refusing a sale.

Both people used a direct bank transfer to pay, and those can't be directly refunded by us - we have to submit their banking details to our payment processor, which we have done, after asking these people their IBAN etc. So their refunds will take some time, and if it takes too long, please let us know. They cost us quite some money in refund fees - we pay a substantial amount to our payment processor, each time we refund.

You have been refunded, we heared from our payment processor but your family member not yet because she provided the wrong IBAN to us, I quote from our payment processor:

"Please be advised we are unable to issue a refund as this IBAN is incorrect. The IBAN cannot be correct because of its length. A Dutch IBAN always contains exactly 18 digits and letters ("NL", a 2-digit checksum, 4 letters for part of the BIC, and 10 digits for the account number). The IBAN you provided is 16 characters long."

Fantastic service!

I have used their products for many years, and I am especially fond of the Derminator machines that I use in my estetic doctors practise.
I had a problem with one of the machines, and via the support center I got the most fantastic service and help, solving my problem the same day that I made the inquiry. I am really impressed. Highly recommend 😊😊😊

Floating High

It has been an absolute pleasure working with Vaughter Wellness OwnDoc.com. I have been dealing with them since 2016. What impressed me the most about Vaughter Wellness was their expertise and ingenuity in designing their own phenomenal, high quality, anti-aging, non micro-tearing, collagen induction device. Outstanding customer service and…

Outstanding customer service and fantastic device! I have been a customer for couple years now and couldn’t be happier. The derminator is an excellent product that really makes a difference for your face. I have been using the derma-needling products and equipment from Owndoc since 2012. I had a great experience with the customer service. They were very responsive and solved every issue with excellent focus on me as a client.
