Still waiting on my order have pretty much given up since it was ordered in November and now April total scam artists no way of getting money back as customer service just say we will get back to you in 24 hours then don't bother I would advise people not to bother with them if you want to receive what you paid for!
One star only because that's as low as it goes I bought a jumper on the 3rd of November payment taken immediately pity the postage wasn't as efficient still waiting on item every time I email customer service I get a stock reply of we will get back to you within 24hrs umm no you don't owni no you don't I would avoid at all costs not a good buyer experience!
Waiting weeks for them to ship an item every time I contact them it's being prepared I feel the response is a little sarcastic we thank you for your patience as I have no more patience with this company I will not use them again and I would not recommend them how long do I wait for an item to ship? I've received six I've received six other delivery items from different companies since I ordered this why is it just sitting there how hard is it to ship an order when you're a company who already took my money very dissatisfied
Only got a refund through a chargeback, no communication until a month after purchase when the chargeback was issued.

We've put into place procedures to make sure we respond to messages every 15mins during the work day and to make refunds take no longer than 48hrs when necessary.
