Love the curtains I ordered - classy, but not ordinary. They are light and fresh, but also feel like quality fabric; look great in the kitchen-diner of my British beach house. They arrived when expected and the company responded quickly to an email query about re-ordering more.

Horrible quality, rude unhelpful customer service, impossible to return

I treat myself with nice bedding and have many linens. Decided to give this a try. The sheet is sooo soft. My favorite. However, a rip started not long after use. Customer service was amazing. Sent me $100 credit to use. Now I just wish they had drawstrings in Jammie bottoms. I would live in all day:)

I've bought a wonderful quilt with gorgeous flowers in my favourite colors: plum and green.

Careful with the sizes. I just got mine today and while it is beautiful the size is ridiculous. I ordered a gueen ,super short on the sides, long down the front ( and no it doesn't fit the other way either) I not to pay to return something that should fit. It's not even close. So disappointed 😞I should have looked at the measurements before buying. I've never purchased a queen size quilt,blanket, throw etc that wasn't at LEAST 88 to 90 inches wide 😳

I ordered one of the blanket and was pleased with its quality, it’s not very thick but it’s got some weight to it. The color and pattern is identical to the advert. It’s a large king size. It washes well without color bleeding, and I hung it to dry. The pattern is beautiful, colors as well.

The orange and blue ginko leaf bed cover I purchased is absolutely beautiful, it's the perfect weight and the material is so soft. Best bed cover I've ever purchased.

They market themselves as chic, and sustainable, but this is cheap Chinese garbage. I only realized they were not what they were advertising themselves as after I ordered a blanket. I immediately tried to cancel the order, but they shipped it out anyways. The package did not show up for week, and they refused to give me a refund without returning the blank, that I never received. I did eventually get my blanket, and when I tried to return it they wanted me to pay $40 out of my own pocket to chip this ugly scratchy cheaply made garbage back to them. They will absolutely cheat you if given the opportunity, do not support this business

I was very very happy with the king duvet set. Everything fit perfectly (some reviews had issues?)
Love the unusual pattern choices! Shipping took some patience (arent we spoiled😁) but worth the wait. I will order again from them

The customer service was absolutely great. There was a problem with the delivering. All my emails where quickly answered and on their end, they inquired and solved the problem with the postal delivery.

I have placed 3 orders: pajamas, wrap towels and a cotton gauze cami night dress. I’m very happy. My favorite item to date is the cotton gauze cami-dress. The material is beautiful and soft. I’d love to purchase more of these in different colors and patterns.

I kept seeing Ownkoti in my facebook feed, so I went in search of reviews & was directed here. After reading so many negatives, I went to their website. Apparently, Ownkoti is actually part of some conglomerate called Nimo Harmony Sarl. There must be 100 Chinese companies using a single address in France. Clearly not reputable as none have contact info beyond messenger & email. Don’t bother!

The item I ordered arrived without delay and communication with the Ownkoti team was swift and open.
The item itself was just as expected. I ordered a size large as directed in the description which fit perfectly.
All in all, thumbs up and I will definitely recommend to others.

We ordered a duvet cover from Ownkoti. We did not like it and wanted to return it. They informed us that we would need to return the duvet cover to China at our expense and did not immediately send return instructions. After several emails back and forth, with our requesting their return instructions and their requesting that we send several photos of the duvet cover and its packaging, they finally agreed to fully refund our credit card (and have done so). They did not require us to send the duvet cover to China. I think Ownkoti owes it to their customers too be transparent about the fact that the costs of any returns will be the customer's full responsibility and that their returned products have to be sent to China.

We ordered a king size duvet, which comes with a sheet and two shams. The duvet is an odd size – 12 inches smaller than it should’ve been. Contacted the company and we got the run around. Would’ve cost us $100 to ship it back to get the right size. Instead, we took the $30 they offered us and we took it to a tailor. The tailor will add a couple panels to make it large enough for $100. Very unsatisfied with customer experience. The fabric is very nice. Hopefully it will hold up over time.

Edit: they responded here, but my husband (before I wrote this review) spent more than a week emailing them back-and-forth with no resolution. They sent us the wrong size and were evasive when we emailed them. They asked us to measure it twice, send pictures, etc..

We bought a blanket and a duvet cover and shams. They sent two incorrect blankets, no shams and have no customer service and prevent returns.

Very beautiful bed covers. They are well made and have beautiful detailing. Will buy from them again.

Soft and airy, this quilt is easy to care for and exactly what I’d hoped for. Great for snuggling.

Do not buy from this company! I purchased a blanket from them, and the graphic is in the wrong direction. If I turn the blanket, then it will no longer fit my bed.

I reached out to them asking for a refund, and I heard nothing back. A few weeks later, they finally got back to me and tried to gaslight me by saying the blanket is actually on the correct orientation (it absolutely is not). They said I could return it, but I would have to pay shipping which is astronomical because it would be to China. It would be cheaper to just keep the blanket.

They purposefully string you along to try and get you to accept their abusive tactics. My advice is to avoid this company like the plague, and if you’ve been unlucky enough to already be involved with them, fight like hell: don’t like them win. And if you really want one of their products, just buy it from Temu. It will be a fraction of the cost.
