I purchased a set of pajamas that are far from being true to size and impossible for me to wear. They are not easy to return and I am stuk with them.

I love these pyjamas. The pattern is like nothing I’ve seen before except in vintage kimonos - it’s hard to go wrong with ginkgos - my favorite. I love the colors and I’m looking forward to receiving my third order.

I ordered the weave ruffled blanket and shams received them today there beautiful and excellent quality..I will be ordering the same in a different color and will see what other items they have. Will definitely do more shopping with this company.

I love their products. I have a bed cover and just recently ordered some lounge. Their customer is great.

I ordered pair of curtains length suppose to be 229cm but they are to long not correct measurements as advertised . I sent email they replied with alot of customers had this problem send photo. This company is based in China if knew would never of ordered. They expect you to pay for the return at your expense although their mistake. Would cost nearly price of curtains to return. Avoid this company. Have been left £68 out of pocket

Still waiting for the replacement item they offered me. The sizing for thier garments are very different from the US. So it took quite a while to recieve a response after the first item. When I wrote the review stating this, they made an offer if I changed my review. I did change it ,chose my replacement item......that was it....nothing.

Absolutely love it. Looks nice on the bed, really accents my bedroom. Love that it's reversable. Would probably do a king size next time for my queen bed.

If you like purple, these are even better in person. The color is richer and more satisfying than the pictures. There is a woven texture and simple quilting to the fabric.

The pajamas came in a medium and I ordered a small. In any case the bottoms were too short and I am thin but the waist was too tight. Can't return anything. Horrible!

Ordered a medium robe which is very small, I also didn't realise this company is based in China so pointless asking for a refund due to shipping costs back to China. Like others, should have done my research!

I placed an order without doing any research which was foolish. My friend sent me a Reddit thread with warnings and then I found this site. I then asked for a refund because it had not shipped yet. I was offered two additional discounts of 10% and 15%.

They did issue me a refund the next day, but only 94% of what I paid, and the exchange rates don’t reflect that difference.

I’m guessing I won’t see the remainder, but I’m glad I cancelled in time.

Thank you for all the warnings. I had assumed the amount of the product was hopefully an ethical work environment and a quality product. Looks like that isn’t the case. I looked on Etsy and found something I l liked even more.

Update: ownkoti is asking me to remove the review. They didn’t issue the refund when I asked, they tried to negotiate. Maybe due to that, I lost money. It could be an exchange rate and fee. Either way, they stalled and I also want to make sure people see this and to go and check other sources. 32% one star reviews here indicate a significant issue.

I ordered a garment from UKOwnkoti believing it to be a U.K. company. When I received the delivery date I realised it was coming from China and sent an email asking them to confirm this but received no response (When challenged later they sent an email redacted and undated to prove they had responded - it was not in any of my mailboxes)
When the garment arrived it was poor quality and tiny. I asked for a U.K. address to return it but was offered a small cash refund plus discount, a credit note or the option to ship back to China costing half garment price. I had purchased through PayPal and opened a dispute. UKownkoti contacted me via Messenger asking me to cancel my dispute with PayPal before they refunded me. If I had done so the case could not be reopened. I gave PayPal all the details, they escalated the case and it was settled in my favour. It was a huge wake up call re inadvertently buying from a Chinese site.

This is a complete scam - made a purchase as Ownkoti's website sites they are a French Linen and Bedding Company - completely - false!

I received a my order from a Chinese distributor and the product was inferior and cheaply made.

Returning the product = more money than the item?

I suspect that State Owned Enterprises do not pay shipping to the US, and bank on US consumers walking away from the egregious return shipping costs.

Looking for crappy bedding? Use Amazon! They will take returns very easily!

The address this company gives is the same as about 12 other named business and it’s actually a coworker space. Other businesses with the same address are “ Measureman Direct” “Homeallin” “coxsmart” “Evoosense””thevzusa.shop”
“Cobeads.com” “RYAMEN””Lampech””thevzusa.shop” and many more just search the physical address they give for business. Not possible to contact an actual person, the only contact is email or facebook.
Loved their advertising I ordered a blanket last year, but due to some mistake of the post office my order never came. I asked them to look into it Jan 7 and got an email “Hi there,

So it has been over a 100 days now since I ordered the product from them. After leaving this review they contacted me and said that they will ship me the product to me as soon as I remove the negative review!!!!!
They can keep the product!

Do not give your money to these shady people!!!

They sent me an email saying that they will resend the product I paid for and never received, and gave me an ultimatum that they will send the product to me only AFTER I REMOVE MY REVIEW!!! See the email above. Then they claimed that they resolved the matter over email. So unless I remove my review I will not see my product or my money. This is not resolving the matter. This sort of heavy handed and uncaring response has regrettably been my experience with them all along. Not good. Stay away.

The first time I ordered a quilt from Ownkoti everything went well and I was satisfied with the purchase. The second time I ordered a quilt was a completely different experience. I received a notice that the package was undeliverable. That doesn’t make sense. I get packages delivered every week. After numerous emails to Ownkoti, the package still hasn’t arrived and they refuse to give my money back. It was three months ago that the item was ordered.

The products are of very good quality and wonderful colours. First washing ( low temperature) caused a slight but not significant shrinking. That said I want to emphasize the immediate contact with the company’s customers service and very professional handling with the situation when a problem with distributor arose. Purchase again anytime! 😄

I would give this “ zero” stars except for the very polite email exchanges I have had in the last week. Their return policy is very vague and I might add, nowhere does it indicate you are needing to return items to CHiNA. You have to email to ask for a return to start. You have a very short period to do that. My server said the email was not deliverable. I went on social media and got a fast reply. Basically, they asked me to keep the item that doesn’t fit and they would give me 15% off another item. When I said no to that, they asked me to keep the item, and they would give me a $7 refund. Finally, and this when you find out, I can mail it back to CHINA at a high expense and they will refund the difference. Not outright scam but misleading all the same. I would not buy anything from this company.

When I was offered a discount code, I finally decided to order it. It just arrived yesterday and it is gorgeous and extremely well made. The photographs are great, but the real thing is even greater.
