We put an order and paid for it late January. Trusted the site based on friends being satisfied with the service.
Still, we have not received our order, after trying to get in contact by mail and messenger.
We suspect they generally cover up their scam by executing orders to some, and overlooking others.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!

Long time customer here and not once have I been unhappy with my order. Genuinely high quality clothing and the loveliest customer service team who I’ve spoken with on a lot of occasions. Always polite and professional.

Bought some incredible halter tops here that I couldn’t find anywhere else. Soooo happy. Great quality.

I made an order in September and never got tracking information. I have been dming the company for months and they always lie and say they’re working on it. They have told me this about 8 times now. The least they can do is refund my order if they aren't going to ship it to me. I message them every week and they have stopped replying. Very unprofessional

Ordered may 5th, and my tracking number never appeared as it states my order is still being processed? :/ but i guess i won’t be receiving it, based off the reviews. Bought several items and i’m kinda of disappointed that i probably won’t ever receive what i PAID for.

NEVER BUY FROM HERE! I ordered something a month ago and I haven’t received any updates or information about my clothes. I emailed twice and was ignored. I dm’d and was told my clothes are here there and every damn where but in my hands, meanwhile my order status is still saying its being processed...how can clothes still be processing after a month?! And if my clothes are supposedly somewhere why have I not received an tracking number?! Listen do not order from them. The communication is poor and they will ignore you! This business will not prosper they way its moving. I hope y’all go bankrupt. Trying to take peoples money, shame on you!

I placed an order in mid May and it arrived today. It was the pink heart ring halter top and a couple of other bits but I’m totally enamored with the top. By far my favourite item. Shipping times arent too bad and I think it depends on your location but I was more than happy to wait.

I ordered a very pricey amount of clothes May 13th, it is June 2nd and I still haven’t received any updates on my order. I am very displeased with this service, if I do not receive an accurate estimated delivery time and tracking number within the next 24hours I would like my refund. I have emailed already and was ignored like the rest of the people that have shopped from this site.

I placed an order in April and it is now June and I have received no updates or shipping information. When I try to track my order all it says is order is being processed. Since reading these reviews I realise many people are in the same situation and I have also not gotten a response either via email or Instagram. I had high hopes for this company, the Instagram page had many people that were happy and received their order so I ordered clothing in April and I still have no updates or shipping information, I read many reviews that were in similar situations as me and I am gutted. My order arrived yesterday and the clothes are so beautiful. Wearing one of the dresses I bought this weekend and cannot wait.

After ordering my clothes (order #68158) a few weeks ago, I looked at reviews online. I then realised it might not arrive in time for my holiday if at all so I wanted a refund. However they haven't got back to me at all about this. I would like refund immediately.

I ordered from Own Saviour in February, it’s approaching the end of may and whenever i check my order status it says “your order is being processed”. I have emailed own saviour and gotten no reply, i’ve also sent them a DM on instagram which they advice you do if you need a quick response and they have given me no response. My order number is #64606. I just want my order or a refund

Good experience. Although I had to unfortunately return half of my order because it didn’t suit me, the process was really simple and I received a refund within a matter of days. The items I did keep were amazing and I’m looking forward to shopping here again.

Second time ordering from here and really happy with everything. Five dresses came in two packages but I had tracking numbers for both and they arrived together. I returned one dress, had to pay postage but got my refund the day it got back to warehouse. Everything I’ve bought fits really nicely and is high quality. Only thing I’d prefer is if they had free returns x

Bit disappointing to see such reviews of one of my favourite online shops. I can truly say that I started shopping with own saviour in 2017 and have bought many, many things from them since then and never had one issue with delivery/customer relations/clothing.

I made an order and after 2 weeks it hadn’t been marked as shipped so I emailed own saviour twice to chase it and got no reply. I had to open a case with PayPal. Own saviour then immediately marked the order as shipped but provided a fake Royal Mail tracking number. PayPal has now issued me a refund. I tried to log on own saviour account to delete my account after this and they have deleted my account themselves.

Not surprised to read the other negative comments regarding the lack of service! Same as other reviews, my Niece ordered an item back in Feb ,money taken out, but no confirmation number. Despite several emails to he company to date had no response back, no item received and no customer service .
Do not order from them, disgraceful.

I have sent multiple emails and DM’s regarding items in my order that I have not received months after the initial order! The customer services for this company is absolutely shocking!! The money was taken out of my account 3 months ago and I am still yet to receive any form of a response! I would strongly advise not to purchase anything from this brand as from reading reviews I am not the first to receive this service!
