Do not enrol or take out finance with this company, they are in administration. All
Staff have been let go (without pay for a number of months) except for the sales team ready and waiting to sign you up to a course that does not exist. They have no tutors or markers anymore but are still trying to get your money. Please go elsewhere, this is a completely immoral company who have ghosted their staff and stolen thousands of pounds from hard working people and students looking to develop themselves all due to a dodgy divorce apparently. Avoid any company/college set up by these directors , they are as dodgy as they come and have ruined a lot of people’s life.

This company has gone into administration, which would explain why no one is answering the phones, and none of the tutors are replying. I have gone through the finance route with Omni Capital Finance who knew about Oxbridge going into administration but are still expecting me to make loan repayments, despite the fact we are not receiving the service for which the loan is for (three A levels). Absolutely gutted about this, and strongly urge anyone considering using this company to avoid.

Apparently the "tutors" are heart of what Oxbridge do! Our hearts carried on supporting the learners without any pay for the last 2 months. We are professionals, with a passion for helping each learner we supported to reach their potential and goals. We asked for information in the chaos Oxbridge created and they gave us nothing!! Silence, and there still is! What an utter disgrace.

Looks as if writing is on wall for this dreadful company. Care about nothing else aside of making money. So many people seemed to be ripped off by them. See I am not the only tutor who has not been paid. Hope they do go into admin but will mean that I will have no chance of ever being paid- money owed from ten months ago and they have perpetually lied about paying me and never answer my emails. Think criminal charges should be brought against their board

I worked with Oxbridge Home Learning for over 2½ years, but they are now two months late paying me. Despite my long commitment, I’ve had no clear updates or resolution. Very disappointing and unprofessional, and it has seriously damaged my trust in them.

Happily took my £447 for GCSE course my daughter desperately needed to do ten days ago. Now not replying to emails, calls, messages, not even had a log in. I am devastated. How can they just take all that money from me? I am contacting trading standards tomorrow. This is surely fraudulent.

They are in administration and not answering phone calls and not calling back when asked. Probably in a serious financial position and likely to collapse!

EDIT - It appears that Oxbridge are attempting to remove several of these reviews. Do a Google search for Oxbridge Ltd Caseboard and you can see the application they have filed to call in the administrators.

They take your money and absolutely don’t care. My son has still yet to receive an A level result as Oxbridge messed up his entry (which they admit). I paid them to do the examination entry but they will not help in getting it resolved and are blaming the exam centre. They would not even provide contact information for the exam centre and will not talk to me on the phone. My poor kid has done all that work….

I am a tutor and they do not pay you for your work - completely ignore all calls and emails and shun responsibility.

Terrible experience with Oxbridge. I never received the second login password, wasted weeks emailing support, and got no real help. Once they take your money, they simply don’t care. Avoid.

I did my A Level Media Studies in one year without any prior knowledge of the subject and never having taken GCSE Media Studies. Patrick was my tutor and he provided all EDUQAS study materials and resources, which were very clear, helpful and easy to understand. He is an extremely patient tutor who always took the time to explain my coursework, the corrections I needed to make and exam questions/answers in detail. Patrick consistently made sure I fully understood what he had explained before moving on to another topic.

I started the course in September 2024, began my coursework in January 2025 and started proper revision in March 2025. I sat my Media Studies A Level exam in May/June 2025 and achieved a Grade C. I’m genuinely pleased with this result given the limited time I had — but I know I couldn’t have done it without Patrick’s guidance and resources.

Patrick, if you’re reading this — THANK YOU for all your assistance and ALL THE VERY BEST TO YOU! :))

Super supportive when asking my tutor about certain questions I got wrong on the assignment. Also it gave me almost the same feeling as an exam due to the time limit and when you submit it you cannot edit it again making it good practice. The notes were detailled with practice questions and answers to consolidate my learning.

Whatever problem i had with anything regarding the course, Faye Hall was always helpful.
