Good replacement process – but still no refund for return postage
I ordered a jacket from Oxford Blue and initially had a positive experience. The item arrived with small defects, but customer service responded quickly, apologised, and arranged a replacement. The exchange itself went smoothly and the new jacket arrived without issues.
However, they clearly promised to refund the return postage once the defective jacket had been received. I sent the jacket back immediately, provided the return receipt, and have followed up several times – unfortunately without any response.
It’s now been weeks, and despite multiple polite reminders, I have neither received the refund nor any reply.
The lack of communication at this point is very disappointing, especially after the good start.
