Fraudulent Operator
This is a scam; avoid.
Booked and paid £158 for "4 star" package. On day of booking, which was at 9am on May 22nd, 2025, was informed by email that they were running late and would be there around 1pm. I emailed back to say I would be available at 3pm. This was confirmed. No-one turned up. I called to ask what was happening. Was assured someone would appear by 5pm. No chance, obviously.
Refund requested. Repeated emails and phone calls have resulted in a patent refusal to pay. Received three email responses on May 30th, June 9th and July 8th, all promising to refund, with no intention of doing so.
