Hi there. We are truly sorry for your loss, and we sincerely hope you can find comfort during this difficult time. Losing a loved one is emotionally overwhelming, and we completely understand that such moments can make any extra process feel even harder to deal with.

That said, we would also like to clarify our side, respectfully and transparently.

TTLife is a legitimate company, and like all medical-related equipment brands, we are required to follow a standard return and verification process — including confirming the product is unopened and unused, and ensuring the package is safely returned to the correct warehouse. These steps are not meant to cause frustration, but to comply with safety regulations and protect both our customers and our company.

Throughout the communication, our team responded to your messages, provided the return address, and confirmed the product could be refunded after it was received back at our warehouse. We truly understand that dealing with logistics during a time of grief can feel overwhelming, and we empathize with your frustration. Even so, we never refused your request — your return has been accepted and your refund has been processed (or is currently being processed according to bank timelines).

We genuinely wish things had happened under different circumstances, and we’re sorry that the situation added stress during an already painful moment.
