I recently purchased the NT-05 portable oxygen concentrator and it's been working well for me. Although I had an issue with the charger, the company sent a replacement promptly. The battery lasts for about 2 hours, and their customer service is exceptional.

I received my oxygen concentrator NT-02 a few days ago and I am pleased to say that I am impressed with the product and the company. I purchased the unit for $799 and it has exceeded my expectations in terms of performance. I have struggled with COPD and in the past, I purchased a different brand that did not work as well. Due to my lack of insurance, I had to leave the hospital against medical advice. I decided to take a chance on this machine and I consider it to be a win. It helped me recover and provides high-quality oxygen when needed.
I was able to get my oxygenator at a very reasonable price and it works great. I received it a week ago and I am very happy with the quality. I have already recommended this product to others.

I recently received my NT-5 oxygen concentrator along with an extra battery, and I am thrilled with the purchase. Now, I can confidently go shopping by myself without having to rely on anyone else. The price I paid for the device was Great, and I was particularly impressed with the outstanding shipping service. I placed my order on November 2nd, and it arrived promptly on November 8th, despite the long distance from the West coast to the East coast.

I am extremely pleased with my purchase. The device works excellently, offering around one hour of usage on a single charge and taking approximately one hour to recharge. It is also lightweight and easy to carry. As a resident of Alberta, Canada, I received my order within nine days, which was quite impressive. To summarize, my experience with the oxygen concentrator has been fantastic, as it arrived promptly and has been functioning exceptionally well.

I purchased an oxygen concentrator along with an extra battery because I live in a rural area without a street address. Unfortunately, the approved Medicare provider refused to provide me with the necessary equipment for my release from the hospital. The oxygen concentrator I bought successfully brings my oxygen levels up to what the doctors recommended, especially when they drop below the expected range of 88-92% due to the high altitude of 7800ft where I reside in New Mexico. Additionally, the affordability of the device was a determining factor in my decision to purchase it. While I haven't yet tested the duration with both batteries, my solar setup allows me to run it during daylight hours. Although it may not be a 24/7 solution, it effectively maintains my oxygen levels at a satisfactory level.

I am currently using the NT-04 oxygen concentrator and it is an excellent machine. It is lightweight, quiet, and offers seven oxygen settings. The price is also very reasonable. In fact, I am using it while typing this review. I recently received my NT-04 and I am extremely satisfied with its performance. It quickly raises my oxygen levels to the level recommended by my doctor for someone my age with asthma. Overall, I am glad I made the decision to purchase the NT-04 as it has proven to be a great solution for my needs.

We received our Varon 3L/NT-05. This little machine is exactly as described. My husband had used a different one in the past, but it was so heavy he had trouble even walking with it. Now with our Varon he has a much easier time carrying the unit. I did notice that the carry case had a defect on the velcro flap. I contacted the company and their response was very fast. They have already shipped a replacement case. So glad we discovered this company. Now we can go on our trip and my hubby can climb the hills with oxygen pulsing into him. Highly recommend the Varon 3L CFOP!

Brought this unit 5/6/23 an it has stopped working tryed calling no answer e-mail them they said I would have to take it somewhere too have it fixed SCAM SCAM do NOT buy

We ordered the small, portable and it was not strong enough for my husband’s needs. Customer service was great. The worked diligently and resolved our issue

Yes I received the oxygen machine in 4 days. I was suppose to get an extra battery Feb. 14, 2023, which I ordered the same time I ordered the machine. As of today I still have not received the 2nd Battery March 6 2023 The 1st battery that I received with the machine is old it only works about 30 min. not enough to to do anything. Look on the back of your battery. My is GB/T31241-2014. A battery from 2014 what a scam. I have been trying to get answers, but nothing seems to help. The phone # they have has been disconnected. They need to send me a replacement battery to cover this old 2014 battery. Maybe then it will work.

I wish I could give this company a ZERO Stars, they are the absolute WORST company ever, please find someone else to do business with, wish we had had this warning!!

I purchased a concentrator. It stopped working after 35 days. I contacted the company and they are only honoring a 30 day warrantee although they said it had a 1 year guarantee when I purchased it. One place on the web site states 30 days and another states 1 year. I may have to return it to the manufacturer in China, but right now Oxygensolve is giving zero support

I purchased this oxygen product. I received the product with a European plug. I live in the US. Then when I went to Best Buy purchased the right fitting to use in the US electrical plug in, only to find that the machine does not operate at all. I contact the company, via email and left messages, the day it arrived and have never received a call/text/email. I should have researched the company better. The reviews are very poor. I would not recommend the machine nor the company. I will contact my credit card and see if they can get some results.

Ordered an oxygen concentrator it was dead out of the box. I contacted them and just got run thru the bushes. Illogical questions, nonsense videos, the damn thing won't start. Finally went to Pay-Pal, they said no problem just send it back to China ($410.00) and they would refund my $285.00. I'll talley this one up to experience. What a bunch of confused turkeys. Yes I'll include Pay-Pal. They offered absolutely no protection. Do yourself a favor an deal with Amazon.

I ordered a concentrator received it fast leave it fast took another Box install it read the instructions got it up and running within 30 minutes it got extremely hot and quit and quit code 35. Contact them through email they want me to take a video off all kinds of goopy stuff ask me if I read the instructions that I've been fine a lot that I all I want to do is exchange it for a working unit you should provide me with they could not provide me with that and the final email we can't find anything wrong with your unit go ahead and use it. Don't do business with this company their telephone number nobody answers no voicemail Also it takes forever to reach somebody on email and they don't provide you with their name

i ordered a oxygen concentrator for my mom on july 2021. but my mom got one from her doctor that i didn't know. so i contact the customer service of this company to guide me how to send the machine back for refund. they don't help at all. they wont send me the address and keep asking all the nonsense question. and now it's already over a month and i guess the returned policy is over. so now i have to stuck with that machine. and it cost me $659 USD. so never order anything from this company

Back in late Oct. 2020 I ordered both a stand alone and a portable oxygen machines from this company. Along with the portable I ordered an extra battery for approx. $90. I waited and waited and never received the extra battery and they kept saying all different things. It was on its way, and finally they said they could not mail it to me here in Alaska. Seems odd that they could mail me the portable oxygen machine with the battery that came with it but not a single battery. I finally try to do a Paypal resolution but by now it is to late to file. The Oxygensolve people said they had tried to refund to Paypal but that Paypal just refunded it back to them. I spoke with PP and they looked in their history and this outfit never ever tried to refund my money. Now they are trying to tell me they need my PP account information when we all know it simply works from your email address. I love the portable oxygen machine but the service from this company is the worst I have ever dealt with.
