Please know that your situation was an exception. As you are one of our loyal customers, we appreciate you choosing our company as your supplier for the past few years and time is of the essence.
Regarding payment, please know that our payment gateway performs its due diligence to check the legitimacy of payments to avoid fraudulent activity. As we know, fraudulent activities are everywhere nowadays.
Usually, banks take at least 2-3 banking days to perform the investigation or other security procedure necessary to ensure legitimacy. We admit we should have advised you when the investigation took extra days so you would know the situation. Rest assured, we will use the feedback to improve and ensure this doesn’t happen again.
We can’t fix the past, but you have our commitment to improving the way we serve every customer. Until then, please accept my sincerest apologies on behalf of everyone on the team. Fast turnaround with high quality results.
Not usually one to write a review but I found the service and experience from Oz Sticker so amazing recently, they went above and beyond to help meet our last minute needs on a small but important job for our business. Communication of artwork files was speedy and very helpful and then the turnaround time was extremely fast which meant we were able to make corrections to a small packaging fault the day before a trade show that really saved the day for our small business. Oz Sticker Printing were onto it from the get go and we are extremely thankful for this.
