Paid for an order never received it.
We paid for an order that was never processed. They took our money but didn't bother to follow up. A month later, when we called to ask about the status of our order, they couldn't even give us a clear answer about where our money or our order was. I spent far too much time on the phone going back and forth with them, and because of thus, we ended up being late for a job. Evidently, once realising their mistake they were prompt to resolve this particular issue afterwards.
On a separate occasion, we placed an order for a job requiring two Pantone colours. They approved the order, sent us the invoice, and we paid promptly. A week later, after we'd already paid, they told us they never had one of the pantone colours. This was incredibly frustrating, especially since we'd already paid. We had to go back and forth again to try and find a solution, but in the end, nothing worked out. The refund took an unacceptably long time to process, and it felt like they weren't in any hurry to resolve this issue.

The experience on my second purchase…
The experience on my second purchase was good. First time wasn't so good but it was also in Covid. Still find it ironic and a bit deceptive that the stickers are made and shipped from Korea but the company is called Oz Sticker Printing.
