Poor Quality & Customer Service

The cable protector covers purchased did not meet the website's nominated load capacity - rated for 5 tonne, failing on their first use with a load at 2.3 tonne. This was with the load spread over 2 cable protector covers.

I found Oz Supply's customer service has been lacking since attempting to resolve this matter - lack of follow through & failing to respond to emails.
