Useless and slow sent wrong order

Useless and slow sent wrong order, paid for express post and took 2 weeks to receive. Hopeless service and no apology or agreement to reimburse overcharged express post paid, $25 more than actual cost of standard post.

Very happy with the speed of delivery

Very happy with the speed of delivery. The caps that I purchased were exactly as described and a perfect fit. I will definitely use OzSupply for any future purchases.

Delivery fee is not correct

Delivery fee is not correct on the website which is misleading. Delivery fee needs to be included in the total amount at time of sale not added after.
The customer service received in relation to this matter has made my decision extremely easy to not recommend your store or purchase anything again.
It’s a shame the order was not handled with more professionalism.
