Gentile Gina Cassotta,
l'ordine a cui fa riferimento (7277), non le è mai arrivato perché non è stato effettuato il pagamento.
Ed è quindi stato annullato automaticamente dal sistema.

Sottolineo inoltre che il suo ordine prevedeva solo l'acquisto di 2 scatole di aghi, di cui appunto non ha effettuato il pagamento. Non è presente nessun Kit e nessun colore nel suo ordine.
