Difficult to return, sent a message on Saturday, we are now on Wednesday and I still haven’t gotten anywhere, Cerys responded to my initial email asking me why I wanted to return, answered yesterday and still nothing as of yet today! Not like it’s cheap stuff, it’s 4 pairs of pyjamas that don’t fit any of us in the household despite us all being different shapes/sizes, it’s now 5th June and I haven’t gotten anywhere further, just keep getting very unhelpful emails.
Update: it’s the 26th June now and they finally have the 4 pairs of pj’s back but have only refunded me for one pair!

I recently had a few issues with missing items and delayed receiving of the missing items. I posted an honest review and have been contacted by will in customer services who has gone above and beyond to rectify my complaint and offered amazing customer service from what had left me with a bad opinion. This has totally been transformed and with working in customer services myself I am very impressed with how p Louise learn to rectify any issues and always aim to please the customer. I have one very happy little girl. Thanks for listening to feedback bad and good and acting on this.

Lovely experience, staff friendly, great products

I haven’t received my order and sent five separate emails in which nobody writes back. It’s like their Customer Service team is nonexistent. Furthermore, the “contact us“ link on their page gives you an email that is undeliverable. You have to search far and wide to find an actual email, yet they don’t respond to those either. This company has taken my money and never delivered a product nor reached out to any customer service requests.

The atmosphere is brilliant staff great with children.

Absolutely fantastic birthday day out for my little girl staff couldn't do enough for us same happy birthday free birthday gift the lot! Food was delicious & games were fab! Can't wait to come back at Christmas

Experience was amazing especially Emmie at the beginning

My daughter insisted in using her saved pocket money to buy some lip balms set from P Louise, I was hesitant as I hadn’t heard from P Louise before. However, my daughter insisted and it was her money. It’s been over 10 days we ordered what was meant to take 3 days to arrive, yet the order hasn’t arrived. I contacted customer service, and they were dismissive and patronising, asking me to track the order even though I told them I had tracked it and it had been in the same location for over a week. It’s clear that this is another business quickly put together with products that appeal to the young and vulnerable.
