Don't waste your money

We used to love pabau classic. We were recently forced to move over to Pabau 2 and what can I say, since being on it for only one week, we have had 2 full days of not being able to use the system due to glitches and server breakdowns. They then emailed out a price increase of 7.4% (whilst the system was still down!) But if we pay the year upfront, we get a discount? Seems to me they have run out of money and are trying to create funds to pay for all the errors the system has. When it works its good, but don't commit to pabau as it is not reliable enough for businesses. It doesn't look good to customers when you are always saying to them, sorry our system is down, AGAIN

Hi Em, we would appreciate the chance to have a conversation directly with you rather than you needing to come on trustpilot - as we would be able to have a proper discussion and alivate your concerns.

There has been one incident in Pabau 2 today which caused slow speeds for around 4 hours - we do not hide from this and this, with all the updates have been published on our status page for transparency - https://pabau.instatus.com/ - our uptime stats are in general extremely strong if you zoom out.

With our price increase, it only effects those not on a contract, the email that was sent allows for clients to actually save up to 27.4%, and we have explained clearly in the email how to make those savings.

Negative reviews are likely to put potential clients off without them having the full context, paradoxically resulting in less money for us to invest in our support teams and therefore genuinely making your experience in the future not as good as it could be - we would have really liked the opportunity and still would like a chance to discuss any concerns you have - please reach out to mario@pabau.com with the reference TRUSTEM who will be happy to have a meeting.

Needs Improvement!

Think carefully before switching. We have been using Pabau for over 3yrs, recently had to migrate to Pabau 2.0 and there is a never ending stream of glitches and outages! It seems like the system is not fully ready to be deployed and we are paying for the privilege for them to fix things as they go along. Pabau 2.0 is quite frustrating to use. This is not due to “optimisation” as suggested but rather system flaws. The good things: the team are nice people, and they respond promptly, even if it’s just an apology. Nonetheless, this only goes so far.

Customer service was ok

Customer service was ok, however, the software itself wasn't great. It is an overcomplicated platform. If you have loads of time to invest on making it work and deal with issues that come up, then go for it. They make an effort to correct things, however, it takes too much of your time dealing them.

Exceptional Services with Pabau

Pabau customer service has been exceptional. The support staff and sales have been immediately responsive, professional, and flexible working with our clinic’s busy schedule. The software is comprehensive and the tutorial videos are beyond helpful. If one takes the time to learn the system, your clinic will save time, increase customer service and retention, and increase revenue.

Great support

The support from Pabau has been so great to help me set this system up. Technology is not my area of expertise, so I have appreciated the help they have given me to do this. So far I am enjoying the system and I look forward to discovering more of it!

Amazing software.

I have had a great experience overall…

I have had a great experience overall with pabau, having previously used Pabau 1, I am now using Pabau 2 which is great now I have worked my way around the changes. I find the software is right for me as it has everything I need in one place, from access to reports to patients forms.
All my allocated support team members have been so helpful in getting me set up extremely quickly.

Great aesthetics clinic system!

Created me a personalised system for use in my clinic and since have received nothing but support. There are lots of helpful videos and the pabau team are always reaching out to see if they can help and ensure full usage. Just had a success meeting with Nella- she was great and very helpful! Very impressive support and platform.

Very impressive support. Pabau has assigned to me a team to support me with every step of the setting up their platform, which has countless integrations and customisation, making it almost effortless for me to go through all the little details.

That includes everything from princing and advice about it to making vouchers and automating consenting forms and sending out campaigns, giving me discounts on their services based on my specific situation as a company, and all this with active and kind support from multiple people on multiple online video meetings. I would definitely recommend.

Worth making the change!

After what seemed felt a daunting changeover from Pabau1 to Pabau2, the support we have received during and after has been brilliant. Eddie explains everything in full and answers all of my questions or goes away with those that are more complex and keeps me regularly updated and gives me timelines for resolution. It is so reassuring to have that support at such a crucial time. We are excited to utilise all the new features.
