Love these masks! We have one for each member of our family ranging from 9 - adult and they fit us all very well.
As someone who is high risk the additional silver-ion anti-bacterial measures is a real reassurance.
We got lovely little boxes to keep them in, and we also got the silver-ion spray which is brilliant for the kids school uniforms as they come home.
Highly recommend. Very pleased.

Cheap rubbish, bought three they are nothing like the ones advertised on site, they are too big and not anti fog. Very disappointing.

I am happy with my purchase bout 10+ so got better price. Fit snuggly on the entire family. Excellent delivery comms throughout made me confident they were going to arrive. Washed up fine. Thank you and have just bought some more.

I bought two masks for use, one from Pacamask that I expected to be my everyday mask and a cheap one off Etsy for backup.

The Pacamask one fogs up my glasses (no tightness around the nose), rubs on my ears and fits very poorly. And so I use the £3 Etsy mask now almost exclusively.

Don't be like me. Don't spend £20 on this.

Updated: Having been in contact with customer service they have kindly refunded me. Though the mask doesn't work for me, the way Pacamask handled my problems is commendable.

Read reviews after I bought this and was worried it was going to be terrible, however I was extremely happy with the product when it arrived. All the people saying they’re tiny must just have a very fat face because it’s a normal size mask and fits around your nose fine. Maybe a bit overpriced but satisfied.

I emailed Pacamask.com to ask how to return my child's mask for a full refund as I do not feel the images or description shown on their website are a true reflection to the item I received.
The images appear to show the masks are a rigid material and not a piece of cloth. Even the image on the packaging I received gives the impression the mask is not a piece of flimsy material.
The mask is described as 'anti-fog', but I, myself, can see his glasses fog up constantly.
I would never have paid this amount of money for such a substandard item and wouldn't recommend anyone else do so either.

The response I received:
"Good morning,
Sorry it has taken some time to get back to you.
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of masks that have been opened due to health and safety reasons."

I replied to say that I appreciate that, but I that I don't believe I received what I thought I had purchased. The item does not match the images and claims they advertise it to. I explained I felt I had been mis-sold this item, and I wished to receive a full refund based on that.

I never received any further response from this company.

Ordered and arrived within two days, wifi has was remarkable. Appear to be decent quality but haven’t worn for a long period yet.

You have to break the seal making them non-returnable to find a leaflet from a factory in Guangzhou. This isn’t made apparent on the website when ordering.

Not personally offended or surprised but some purchasers may wish to obtain their masks elsewhere If they have strong objections to ordering goods from China

I ordered the wrong size then emailed them it wasn't a problem for them, I received the replacement very quickly thank you.

These are really fantastic masks. With the new normal demanding the daily covering these are super comfortable especially for journeys.
I was using the surgical masks before which were itchy & clammy.... these are next level comfortable and environmentally far more sound.

Excellent product, very comfortable to wear, washable, and stylish with many different styles...

Have received my mask and I’m really pleased. Lightweight material that doesn’t feel too hot when you wear it. The adjustable straps are great and don’t hurt your ears like other masks do after a while. Would definitely recommend!

After ordering my pacamask it arrived super quickly. Was really impressed with the quality and how well it washed. The best part of my mask is the toggles on the side to adjust for the perfect fit. Ordered 3 more for the children as on size fits all.

Great quality, service and delivery. All in all a really nice buying experience and fantastic masks.

Just received my mask , love it! So more comfortable than the conventional mask you get .

Absolutely love my pacamask. It’s the only one I’ve got that I don’t sweat in. Great customer service and discounts available.

Avoid, does not look like the photo as it isn't moulded around the nose.

Gets very moist and wet and will stick to your nose when breathing in, I struggled breathing wearing this.

They refuse any and all refunds.

They refused to refund me, I had to argue with them that the mask was not suitable for use and that I literaly could not breath in it until they refunded but they said it is not something they usually do, unhelpful and rude, you are unlikely to be refunded.

These masks are terrible. The anti-mist protection does not work at all (which was the reason I bought a mask as I cannot find one that works with my glasses).

They are not moulded as the pictures on their website suggest, instead they are a floppy material which sucks into your face as you breathe. The fit is terrible (they had adjustable straps but unless you're prepared to injure your ears the mask wont fit tightly) and I also found that mine was VERY HOT.

Avoid.

I bought a couple of these masks in different colours, they're nice and lightweight which makes them really comfortable. I have peace of mind that there's silver ion fabric in there so I don't need a mask with an uncomfortable filter. Not sure why so many people are saying they're having issues with the sizing in their reviews. The earloops are adjustable which makes it really easy for my boyfriend and myself to share them! Have recommended to friends and family too!

I ordered four masks, two adult and two child which were delivered three days later. The masks are light and breathable. They also wash well and I will order more in different colours to go with different outfits! Impressed.

I have spent ages trying to find a mask and was reluctant to pay for expensive masks but I thought these looked good. Moulded, breathable etc. How wrong I was. The mask arrived and I honestly think I could have made it better. It is not moulded, just floppy material. One side of the mask is wider than the other side so the left sits flat but the right doesn't. And the seams (which the picture doesn't show) are not in the middle. I am very disappointed, I emailed them within minutes of opening the parcel which was 4 days ago now and even though they said they would be back in touch 24-48 hrs later, they haven't, I've sent another asking for a response yesterday but still nothing. Absolute scam and like someone else said, inundated with emails trying to get you to buy more stuff from them, but they can't be bothered to email a reply with their unsatisfactory mask refund requests! DO NOT BUY another company that has jumped on the band wagon ripping people off from unfortunate times.
