I love the pacamask designs they fit my face perfectly. I think that the seams for your nose and chin are a great idea. I have lots of people asking where I got my masks and I have no problem telling them that I got them from pacamask. I have even bought them as gifts for friends.

Best masks you could ever buy.
Could do with an in-between size as the adult
is slightly large at the sides for my thin face.

Excellent mask! The adjustable ear loops really help with comfort as I have to wear one all day and have struggled with masks that are too tight generally and hurt on the ears really quickly!

Would highly recommend Pacamask, great quality, soft and breathable material. Fits well on my face and the straps don’t hurt behind my ears. Great value when ordering in bulk.

Arrived within a few days. I’m happy with the quality of the masks and think they are good value when bought in multiples of 3 or 6.the adult one is a bit big for my wife so she wore a child’s one which fits perfectly.

I ordered pacemasks after reading about them regularly. I work in a school where mask wearing is compulsory and decided to switch to these from the Elle brand I have been using since the start of term. I placed my order and on opening today instead of the three masks I had ordered I received one. I had hoped to have one a day and wash in between so will now have to think again. Also was surprised to read that you need to wash before use? And also made in China .. this really isn’t clear on the site at all. Not a major issue other than the fact I was surprised having done extensive research on UK companies!

I ordered 3 of these as I was impressed with the silver ion technology as an added value. Sadly I am not so impressed with the function of the actual mask. It is smaller than other masks I’ve seen and doesn’t fit as well as I would like so a constant adjustment needed to get it over my nose and under my chin (tends to be one or the other but not both). My specs are also constantly steamed up- needs ability to “shape” mask over bridge of nose.
On the plus side the adjustable ear loops are very good and comfortable- and I still like the silver ion content.
As mask use looks like it’s with us for a while I will be trying to find replacements that have greater depth in the hope to find a better fit and which don’t cause my specs to constantly fog up. I will keep my pacamasks as back up.

Order arrived the next day but I was surprised they weren't rigid but they are comfortable and I really like the ear toggles. HOWEVER I was extremely disappointed and cross that I found a small docket in the packaging that says made in China. Why on earth can't they be made I the UK .. it's not that they are cheap. If I had realised where they were made I would have bought an alternative. Also my glasses steam up and they don't on all my other masks.As for Pacamask's reply others have said the same and why would you look at the customer care website when only making an order??

Brilliant masks, All of the staff where them at Nikita's Bistro all find them very easy to breath and comfy at the back of the ears which is the best ! Thank you

The best mask I've had, (eventually). I started off with problems with my glasses misting up but after a few adjustments to the straps I finally got it right. Shame they're made in China. Surely there's a UK company that can make them.

Ordered 6 masks (Adult /Female size), very pleased with the quality, the patterns, the comfort and fit. Prompt customer service response to my tracking query, masks arrived promptly.

Bought 6 masks that were superb. Good fit, extra padding on the bridge that prevented glasses fogging up.
Made a second purchase for 3 more and these have changed - they bo longer have a padded nose bridge area which I liked as it stopped my glasses steaming up. Contacted Pacamask and to be fair they sought out older stock for me and when I placed an order the older stock was dispatched. I now have a mask for every day of the week.
Excellent service when concern was raised. Thank You Pacamask. If you could get padded nose bridges reinstated I'd be purchasing even more

As an update, whilst it seems my masks were lost in the post, some great customer service by the team resolved and remediated the issue immediately and a tracked parcel arrived the net day.

Great masks arrived quickly and very high quality. I brought enough for my family and everyone has been pleased. It does stop my glasses steaming up on the plane mask but not the patterned ones as they are slightly bigger.
I had a issue with one mask and they replaced this in a day and was very quick to respond to me and sort the issue.

My wife and I are so pleased with my new mask from Pacamask that we have bought a mask for each member of our family.
The mask are very comfortable to wear and great for those of us to wear glasses.

I am a manager of a pub and we bought these for our team to use. with the aim of cutting down on the use of disposable masks which has also saved us money. i have to say all of our team look smart with the plain colored masks and it is in-keeping with our uniform policy which is ideal. i would recommend these mask to any business looking to reduce the amount of waste caused by using disposable masks.
