Item arrived damaged in numerous places…
Item arrived damaged in numerous places , emailed the company to advise and ask about returns policy and the response I initially received was appalling.
No apologies and no ownership taken .
I was told that damage in transit was “impossible” due to the way they package the item inside itself, but we had damaged accessories , bent bars , and cracks on plastic panels which had never been built and some were not even unpackaged . In no way did I blame the company for the damage it is likely transit damage but to be met with hostility right off the bat for something that wasn’t my fault wasn’t pleasant.
I was then told I was expected to pay postage costs to return the item , after arguing my point I was sent a returns label . Fine I thought and this was appreciated . Sent the item back in its original packaging the next day using the label .
However when I received my refund they deducted the postage label costs off it still! I couldn’t even be bothered going back to deal with their “customer service” department so I just took the hit but I would certainly never recommend this company .
I have given 2 stars instead of 1 only because the item was itself reasonably priced and would have been lovely had it not been damaged . The rest I’m afraid was more than disappointing.

The agent who originally dealt with your query did not know the correct procedure of sending a prepaid returns label for damaged items as outlined in our returns policy. Sadly, postage is non refundable for items that arrive as the service that was paid for was carried out but we take responsbility for the damage to the item which is why a returns label was sent.

Just what needed and Timely too!
Delivery was super quick and the kitten has already adjusted to first proper adult litter tray and seems rather happy and comfortable with it. Was just what I wanted and came fairly quickly! Would buy from them again!
