Updated review
I've written a 2-star review before highlighting their poor customer service, package handling, and communication handling. Still, surprisingly, after my experience ordering from them, they got back to me a month later, apologizing for their inconvenience. They indicated they'd issue a full refund for the mishap, which they did a week later and I received it this morning. So, just a little patience is required.
Overall, I'm happy with them, looking forward to ordering from them in the future and I'm giving 4 stars now because, of the delay with communication.
