Following on from last review I have now been told by Post Aoffice I need to pay £27 to return items. I have contacted Packlite who say:
as outlined in our returns policy, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and we do not provide prepaid return labels.
We do recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot be held responsible for any lost or missing packages.
Once your return arrives back with us and has been inspected, we will process a full refund for the item itself. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund the original or return postage costs in line with our policy.
NOW… bearing I. Mind I cannot open the bag to start with, and proving it has been unused with photos, they still need to inspect it before they confirm IF they shall refund me. 1. Taking no responsibility with problem trying to open zip therefore bag no use and 2. if there is loss (this is even with tracking) what chance do I have getting a penny back…..WHAT DOES THIS COMPANY TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR….these bags, I just found out after ordering this, are £60 on Tik Tok. No problem returning no return costs. I am utterly disgusted that I am losing £27 from my refund before we even start. How can this be correct for a firm to do this when you cannot open the bag in the first place. A disgusting way to treat customers.
