Ordered a pair of ski boots. Never arrived. They blamed courier. Courier tracking says they were never handed over. Aussieskier seemed to think this was my problem and was reluctant to assist. Eventually said that they would look into it but then went quiet. Still have no ski boots and non existent customer service from Aussie skier. Would never use them again and don't recommend.
My recent experience with aussieskier.com was not pleasant, their customer service was terrible. I ordered a ski jacket for my wife, which was much larger than the size guide described. Because it was marked "Clearance" aussieskier wouldn't accept a return and were totally unreasonable in how they treated me. After an initial rude response, they refused to even discuss it with me blaming the manufacturer. I tried to call them to have a rational conversation but a recorded message directs you to their website.
Our experience has been amazing. Prompt service, great value and quick shipping ready for a trip to the mountains. Awesome!

My ski helmet and goggles arrived yesterday, I immediately contacted them to organise a swap due to fit and this was refused. I only purchased online as they offered returns due to my concerns with size and fit. Read the fine print, they don't do returns but pretend they do. Don't know what they are like in store but DO NOT BUY ONLINE
