Never had a problem until now
Never had a problem until now. Got a delivery notification which was not to my property so the parcel never arrived. Contacted Pacsafe and as of this moment havent had any reply but I have still been charged. All I can do is hope that the people it was delivered to forward it onto me. I'm guessing that Pacsafe have chosen to use unreliable delivery companies as this has never been a problem in the past.
I am editing this review because pacsafe said they replied to me. They didn't. I got an automated response acknowledging receipt of my query. No one mentioned anything about Royal Mail or timescales for resolution.
I have since done some detective work and tracked down my parcel but I shouldn't have to do that. Downgrading to one star for two reasons - Pacsafe claimed to respond but it was an automated response, I never received any other correspondence and I had to track down my parcel myself.
Unfortunately, I still haven't received any response from customer care after it was resent.
Email finally came through telling me to go and collect it from the house that had my parcel. I just want to thank Pacsafe for the effort put into their response after I had already located the parcel myself.

Having investigated this further, I can confirm that one of our Customer Care team members did send you a personalised reply on the same day we received your enquiry, not just the automated acknowledgement. Unfortunately, it appears that for some reason this email was not successfully delivered to your email address, and we're very sorry that you never received it.
I've copied the original email and have resent it to you today.
As outlined in our original response, we had already contacted Royal Mail, who opened an investigation into the delivery. They advised that it could take up to three working days to determine what had happened to your parcel, and we were expecting an update before contacting you again.
I'm pleased to hear that you were eventually able to locate your parcel, although I completely appreciate that you shouldn't have had to do the detective work yourself. I understand why this has been frustrating.
Please accept our sincere apologies once again. We value your custom and hope that, despite this experience, you'll give us the opportunity to restore your confidence in both our products and our customer service.

Lovely colour I already have an old one in black that needed replacing. Everything goes in there reading glasses money cards home keys and even two phones in the front pocket, it’s perfect and one forgets where everything is … all locked away it’s a brilliant cross body bag!
