I placed 2 orders. One was in error and i emailed padel market immediately after the order was placed. I got a response immediately saying the cancellation was forwarded to the correct department and everything is fine given the fact that the order was not fulfilled yet.
To my surprise, the next day i get notifications of shipment and tracking details. Since then no reply to emails, forms nothing.
Scam company, stay away.

I purchased approximately one month ago through the Decathlon partner shop a padel racket at Padel Market.
Unfortunately, I have noticed that the racket has developed a crack in the middle. This came as a surprise, as I have only used the racket three times since purchasing it, and it has always been handled with care.
Given the limited use and the short time since purchase, I believe this may be a product defect.
I reached out to the customer service of Padel Market and they apologized for the inconvenience and offered me a reimbursement. Great after sales service!

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Padel Market.
I placed an order over 1-2 weeks ago, and although the tracking information says it has been delivered, I have not received anything. I contacted FedEx, and they informed me they are unable to locate the parcel and advised me to get in touch with Padel Market directly.
Since then, I have tried to contact Padel Market multiple times through every available channel email, Instagram, and live chat and I have not received a single response. Being completely ignored as a customer is unacceptable, especially when there is an issue with a missing order.
At this point, I am left without my order and without any support or communication from the company. I would strongly advise others to be cautious when ordering, as the lack of customer service and accountability is very concerning.

I thought that I was getting a good deal.
Very disappointed having to pay an extra $53 import fee to DHL. I was not aware of this. This import fee should be calculated & charged at the time you are buying the racquet, not 3-4 days after.

Left multiple messages still awaiting reply. Racket says delivered (even though should’ve been signed for) dpd say left being bin. Nothing there when I got home and no responses
So currently £130 down and no tracker and no response
