The product was already in Bad conditions when he arrived and i tried to reach them and they didn’t answer. Bad service, bad prodcut, bad everything. For 500$ I paid I expected a little more or at least give the right product.

The racquets we wanted were very popular hence often out of stock. We were on a waiting list and were impressed that we were promptly notified when they were back in stock and further that our “1st time order customer discount” was still honored when ordering 3 racquets!
