Outstanding costumer service
Outstanding costumer service. I highly recommend Padel USA. There was a stock problem with the item I ordered first (AT 12k Arena 2023) but they offered me different alternatives (AT 12k 2024 or Nox Tempo 2023) in order to agree on a solution (which we did, and I am really happy about it). I have not tried the product yet (I decided to go with the Tempo) but it seems to be ok.

I had a super bad experience with this company PADEL USA. I placed an order for 2 rackets and other things on OCTOBER 29, 2023, my order had to have arrived today NOVEMBER 03, 2023 and it did not arrive, I contacted them because my order did not arrive and they gave me many excuses that My card was declined and then UPS did not work on the weekend, and then my order was not ready and after several emails the only solution is a refund, I did tell them that I do not want a refund, I want what I bought from them I sent a screenshot with my order number, I told them to call me by phone and nothing, they don't even want to solve the problem. If you have a company, be serious and be responsible with your clients, because your clients have a job, you have money, you have a house and what to eat so I hope you are more friendly with your clients padel usa they made me cancel 2 games because of you who don't do your job well job.

Out of stock raquet
Two days after the order was placed and paid, the day that DHL's tag was printed, they sent me an email telling me that my product was "out of stock" (a day before the raquet's arrival to my location) despite not stating anyware that it was sold out or it had low inventory in the web page.
They offered me an expensier raquet insted of the one I purchased. Which felt like a cash-out solution instead of offering me a similar raquet with no aditional payment.
