I wasn‘t able to archive some of my content and looking up the help pages confused me further. The response from the padlet team was very quick, friendly and helpful. It resolved my issue.

Best customer service we have experienced, my questions were precisely answered in very timely manner. We love the product and just playing with it. Very easy to use and customer service experience was wonderful.

I use Padlet for my academic classes. As the academic year has ended and there is a lull of 5 months, I've requested to stop my subscription and will restart when the new semester starts.
Your staff's understanding is amazing and the response is quick to accommodate my request and schedule. Thanks a bundle!

Chelsea gave a quick and precise answer to a technical question about file storage location (uploading vs using a Google link). Could not find anything online. She was awesome!

Exceptional customer service. The Padlet team responded quickly, answered a multitude of questions, and proposed and executed a solution that left us with exactly the outcome we wanted. Throughout weeks of communication they were always thorough, helpful, and diligent. This level of service could not be better.

We have a unique experience being university based subscribers and when a situation arose, Audrey was incredibly responsive, resourceful and friendly in helping us resolve it.
Padlet is an incredible resource for teacher educators as well as teachers and I am so glad we can continue using it.

This is an extremely intuitive product and representatives are always quick to respond in an easy to understand manner. Love that they have helped us to preserve our Jamboards and the padlets are so easy to use and interactive as well!

Very good customer services - responses felt friendly and encouraging. I asked for help transferring a Padlet I'd started on an OCA course to my personal profile. My query was answered very quickly and my padlets transferred instantly.

I've also really enjoyed using Padlet itself. So many opportunities to use this platform, yet I like how simple and satisfying it is to organise your visual work.

My department paid £89.99 per year for Platinum membership. I messaged Padlet on three separate occasions but *never* received a response. The first time was regarding faulty Padlet message editing software and the other times were regarding continuing our membership. However, I will now be recommending that my department does *not* renew its Padlet Platinum membership. Customer support is essential. Regardless, my first message also helped Padlet improve its software, which was still faulty when I last tried.

Padlet team reply very quickly and politely. Plus, Padlet is very easy to use and user friendly.
