Padlet is an exceptional company: highly responsive to users, but also with a wonderful "joie-de-vivosity" that make interacting with their staff a delight. Their customer response team is lovely and I admire their CEO, Nitesh Goel for his open-hearted approach to ed tech and pithy writing.

I have tried to post a lot to practice if my school needed me to post something but I sometimes want to do it without my parents help.

I highly appreciate the product I have been using for years now. What I like most about Padlet is that I can easily talk to the team about all problems and get them all fixed in time and properly.

The support team has always been prompt with that personal touch, and always listening and helpful. Padlet itself may be lacking in some features but the support team is right there at the top!

I was made aware of Padlet.com last year. I used it to share images of a vacation and a reunion. It was easy and convenient. It is a great way to let a group share their images and comments.

My tech question was answered, addressed, reviewed and emailed with an answer to me almost immediately...on a holiday weekend at 10:30p.m. at night. Who could ask for better customer service than that? Seriously impressive!

Their customer service was respectful and impressive when I had left a negative review regarding a recent issue with the Padlet app. The developers responded immediately, actively listened, and had a positive experience that caused me to re-rate the app from 1 star to 5 stars.

My company email had changed and my Platinum account wasnt recognizing it. I couldnt acess my folders on Padlet. It took me 1 email and my problem was solved!

Good morning, I really enjoy working with the padlet, it's a very high quality and efficient resource, despite sometimes stopping. As for storing and sharing images, audios and videos, it is very good, but slow.
Anyway, I really like Padlet and I always use it in my work, although when it comes to sending photos the application is slow, having to send them several times. Congratulations to everyone and here's a tip about sending images through applications, which can be faster and in large quantities.

As a teacher Padlet helps me a lot to organize and share my lesson contents. I a give online french and English lessons. I can collect all of file types in one page with a good and organized look. In addition, the support team is reachable easily and welcomes the new ideas of costumers. Thanks for this great app.

What I am grateful for is that you have patiently and cheerfully responded to repeated requests. This is an idea that I have repeatedly made such a painful request. I think it will be of great help to someone who is not familiar with the padlet system if you also tell me ways to solve specifically when the request is not resolved.

I encountered a bug, and Padlet support addressed the issue immediately. They found a working solution in less than 24 hours and pushed it out. I don't think I've ever encountered such efficient and polite service.

Padlet is a useful means of combining teaching material and students work. The help line is amazing, I was answered within a couple of hours on a SUNDAY!!
