Titel: Extremely disappointing handling of a missing item

I am writing this review because, despite multiple requests from Pagani Design asking me to review my purchase experience, my actual case remains unresolved.

My order included a watch and a bracelet. The bracelet was received, but the watch was missing. I immediately contacted customer support and provided all requested information and photographs.

Over the course of the communication, I repeatedly explained the exact same situation and was repeatedly asked questions I had already answered. The case was eventually described by the support team as a “missing item claim” and I was informed that it would be escalated for further review.

Despite this, I did not receive a concrete resolution.

What makes the situation particularly concerning is that, after the case had already been ongoing for some time, I was suddenly informed for the first time that the watch and bracelet had allegedly been shipped in two separate parcels. This had never previously been mentioned. Throughout the earlier communication, only one shipment was referenced, and I had only been provided with one tracking number.

I immediately requested the tracking number and shipping details for this alleged second parcel. To date, I have not received this information or any verifiable proof of a second shipment.

I also paid extra for “Prioritized Processing & 100% Insured Shipping”, which makes the lack of a clear resolution even more difficult to understand.

I have remained cooperative throughout the entire process, provided every requested photograph and piece of information, and gave the company multiple opportunities to resolve the issue directly. I was also asked repeatedly to leave feedback about my purchase while the actual problem with the missing watch was still unresolved.

At this point, the issue is no longer just that an item was missing. The most disappointing part has been the handling of the case afterwards: repeated requests for the same information, contradictory explanations, promises of escalation without a concrete outcome, and finally no response to a direct request for evidence regarding the alleged second shipment.

I genuinely hope Pagani Design takes cases like this more seriously in the future. A customer who has paid for an item, provided all requested evidence, and waited patiently for a resolution should not have to repeatedly chase the company for answers.

I would strongly advise potential customers to consider the quality of customer support and after-sales service before placing an order directly through the official store.

The package arrived. It looked lovely me it had been torn. I opened it up and there was no watch. Just a watch strap and watch case. I reported it to you and so far tried to send you pictures three times
But yet failed to go through to wherever you are. Lousy customer service I paid for a watch and so far nothing
I have put three watches from you without an issue. The fourth one was supposed to be a present
No watch. No mono. Lousy service
If I don’t get satisfactory service from a human being I will have to take action

Watch itself is amazing. I was extremely frustrated with the strap itself. They must have used the smallest screwdriver in human history. Luckily I was able to get it off easily and replace it with a strap they sent with it (could have been sent because they knew I would not be able to adjust the thing). All and all a great watch, but they really need to do better with the metal bands.

Ordering process for the seamaster homage was simple, efficient and drama free. Appreciated the fact that the price on check out included the watch, taxes, duties and shipping. Delivery to my home address in Canada took 10 days. So far, I'm very pleased with the watch, the rubber strap it came on as well as the deployment buckle. I'll no doubt be ordering again from Pagani Design.

This was my 3rd Pagani watch, and all of them have been splendid so far. I was a bit disappointed that this one had a Miyota movement rather than the Seiko I expected, but it seems to be functioning perfectly. I realize that the Seikos are hard to get now.

Do not ever buy from these people ordered 2 watches over a month ago I live in Hawaii they delivered them to Spain and they still making me wait for a refund while they go and find the watches , please do not waste your time
