I love the Cardigan

I ordered my first Cardigan with you…

I ordered my first Cardigan with you and the print was mismatched on the front so when i fastened up the Cardi, the print was uneven. I sent a message and a new one is on the way. I was advised that it woud take 2 to 3 weeks for a replacement to arrive. I ordered a further two more which have arrived and are fine.

Great item but not shipped from UK

The item was fabulous....when it finally arrived! I purchased from what I was led to believe was a UK site so was frustrated to find the shipping information stated it was coming from china! Had I been informed, it wouldn't have put me off ordering but I would have been aware it wouldn't arrive by Xmas (was an Xmas present). Anyway, the jumper was way better quality than I expected and I would purchase again. But I feel the service could definitely be improved by being more clear regarding shipping and item location

Allow plenty of time for delivery.

The items I recieved were lovely . Gifts for others which they loved , as described and good quality.
I was disappointed that delivery took longer than I anticipated and they arrived after Christmas.
Other than that , I was satisfied.

It's small for a 5x

It's small for a 5x. I ordered a 5x to have something big and baggy but when held against other 5x hoodies and shirts, it's smaller. I wish I did not purchase this.

Happy

I’d seen a particular item on social media, so didn’t explore the rest of their products. The item I wanted - cat/knight cushion - was available so I ordered it. The delivery was longer than expected as it was coming from China, but there was tracking available along the way so you could keep an eye on it. The item was smaller than it looked on their website but I’m not too disappointed ss it’s cute.

No Returns if Clothes Don’t Fit - bad quality

I ordered two tshirts, two cardigans and some bookmarks. The shipping was incredibly slow, and when everything arrived I was shocked at the low quality. The t shirts had no stretch and didn’t fit at all, the cardigans already look like they’ve been washed a thousand times and are faded.

I contacted their customer support and they offer no returns if things don’t fit. They offered me a partial refund for the cost of the tshirts, so now I’m stuck with low quality t shirts that don’t fit but at least I got $12 back?

lastly their designs can easily be found on Etsy, tee public and others. I dunno who is stealing designs from whom but AVOID PAGEWINGS

i ordered the library card cardigan…

i ordered the library card cardigan sweater. it is cute, fun and so warm. my friend who used to be a librarian loves it alot!

Tracking was good, but too many follow up emails and unfortunately the T-shirt has been damaged in the wash

Taking a risk, wasnt disappointed.

Taking a risk, (especially after all the negative reviews) I purchased 5 items totaling over 100 in my currency, from Pagewing. Said purchase was placed 26 December, 2025 and within a month I received all items in remarkable conditions and better than expected, for size and all.

I would furthermore like to highlight, that I work as a diplomat in a foreign country, and the order made it from country of origin (seller/manufacturer) to my home country and back to my current postal address, all within less than a month. In addition to point out, that this is average for parcels to arrive due to travel, postal systems, and screening for security.

My final thoughts: If you need this parcel in a timely manner, reverse plan your order to arrival, and consider that other parcels are being processed. Otherwise, be patient.
