Communication and Quality

Communication when my order was delayed was good, it gave a reasonable explanation for the delay. I did not receive any shipping updates beyond the initial chinese tracking order, none from when it landed in the states, so their actual arrival at the end of December was a delightful surprise. However, I am very happy with the sweaters themselves. The quality is good, soft and cozy, and I feel like the prints will hold up well with repeated wear and washing. It's regrettable that my ugly Christmas sweaters came just after the season for them, but something to look forward to wearing next year.

Unfortunately it wasn’t the quality that I saw in the pictures. It was a cheaper material and was not a knit sweater at all.

Took my Money. Didn’t Fulfill my Order

I would give them zero stars if I could. No follow up, no communication. I ordered an item from them 40 days ago and haven’t received it. Every time I contact them, it’s like I’m starting at the beginning. They keep no records for customer service. I think it could be a

If I COULD give zero stars I WOULD.

Update 3; coming up on 2 months since it's been sitting not moving I continue to get canned emails claiming it's still on its way claiming to be patient claiming they'll give me 10% if I wait for it claiming that it's on its way and there's nothing we can do and refusal to give me the refund because they've obviously stolen my money and have no intention of delivering the product

Update 2: they're repeated responsive we will send you the tracking information is complete BS as the tracking information all shows that it has been sitting in the same location THREE WEEKS and never moves yet they still refuse to admit that they have ripped me off and refused to give me a refund

UPDATE: STILL NOTHING . No package, no refund, just "it's coming"The company has been sent the information REPEATEDLY , they're responses are "It's coming", yet NO movement from the location it's been in for two weeks, NO info from the company, ZERO refunds, and STILL refusing to give one, their excuse "it's shipping"

If I COULD give zero stars I WOULD.
Ordered a product end of November for a gift. Figured plenty of time for delivery. Dec 31, STILL no product, requests for refunds are being answered with "We'll give you 10% if you just wait for delivery", mind you, to GET even the 10% I have to show "proof of delivery" which NEVER CAME.

An answer to their question they have the order information and order number and all they do is give me the same runaround they're not interested in helping or giving a refund

I never received my purchase

I never received my purchase. It was delivered to the wrong location. This company has not offered to replace it nor have they refunded it. They use a very sketchy delivery service. And their customer support is deplorable.

Very quick delivery from source in the USA

Very quick delivery. The quality of the T-shirt itself is excellent, which isn't always the case with online Tees. The printing is perfect. And it's shipped in the USA, not from overseas. Easy to love!

Fraud, quality is different from pictured

I ordered a throw pillow with a knight riding a cat, the one you can see in adds on ig. Unfortunately, the quality was very bad, on a picture you can see that the pattern is woven or embroidered, and the background texture is fluffy. But in reality what I've got is a cheap print, like you can order for 3 euro on temu. Also my cushion doesn't have a side part, as shown in pictures, so it's basically flat.

Love design but quality yuck

I love the designs- but the shirt is disappointing quality. Thin sort of lined long sleeve- not sweater or real sweatshirt.
Its printed on fabric. Have not worn yet and i wonder how it might be worse after wash.
Also took a long time to deliver, think from China.
Overall not worth cost- may try tee shirt in future

I ordered a few t-shirts to be…

I ordered a few t-shirts to be delivered as Christmas presents. It has now been 9 days and the order hasn't even been processed for delivery. When I asked them I was told it can take between 7-15 working days for processing and delivery. This is in contrast to their website that said processing would take a couple days and would be delivered in 3-5 business days.

SCAM!!!

I made a large purchase of items I was hoping to give for Christmas. I checked the website and read the return policy. It states nowhere that you would have to pay for shipping to Hong Kong if need to return. Most of my items are too big for the gifts and I needed to return them. It took almost a week to get a response back about my request. Now they are only offering me 15 percent back to “save” me from having to pay for shipping. I would never have purchased from them had I known about this. The shipping label clearly had an Illinois address from the US, so this should not be right. I believe this is a SCAM and unless you want to keep your item no matter what, do NOT order from them.

UPDATE 12/25/25: they will send me new clothes with smaller sizes if I pay for shipping. I want a refund and they are unwilling to speak to that except to through some 15 percent at me which is nothing compared to what I paid and how long I waited to receive items. I maintain that this is a SCAM!!

Order Never Received

I placed an order on November 23. It was shipped on December 6. I still have not received my order even though it supposedly went through the large hub in my area on December 12th. I have reached out to chat with customer service several times and have been told "wait longer". I would not recommend ordering from this company unless you never want to receive your order.

Update: I did not receive an email update from the company. Again, disappointed with the customer service from this company. I will be contacting my bank and letting them know.
