A few years ago I purchased a Thomas Jefferson Kitts dvd. My laptop crashed and it was almost impossible to find a new one with a dvd player. I had contacted them to see if they would allow me to stream it. At that time I was denied. I recently posted on FB a comment regarding it and today I received an email with a free stream. Maybe I just talked to the wrong person that day or they were having a bad day. I couldn’t believe they sent this.The dvd was well done and I’m happy to have it back. I wish I could find that comment and update it but I looked for a while and couldn’t find it. Thank you painttube tv.

Bought course by my favorite painter (Jennifer Balkan) 2 years ago. The link to the video was expired or claimed and PaintTube has taken almost a week and still hasn't found the video for me to watch. The support incompetence seems intentional.

With these guys, you have to request an invoice specifically. If you ever get it, I cannot tell. It's been 8 days since my request. Support is slow. Very slow.
The tutorials need a special player, the PurplePlayer. That piece of crap cannot even remember where you left the video. Neither can their online player.
Also, there is no materials with the videos, no reference, nothing. Neither is there a decent index of contents. With hours of video of someone painting, it helps to know where he explains a certain subject.
Bad service and crappy software for a premium price tag?
No thank you. Try a little bit harder.
