It was resolved at no cost even though we didn’t know the cause of the missing website. Backups are so important at our
Museum as well as at Pair!

Everything went fine once I found the urgent email address: I think it should be more apparent where you tell people they cannot chat or call on weekends. I appreciated that the agent told me about my one unauthorized credential was somehow registered three times in one second. That allows me to try to address the problem at my end.

The reply back was quick but not happy…

The reply back was quick but not happy with the no idea when the MLB Toppers will be available to Canada!. The only Team we have is the Toronto Bluejays. Last year they brought a nation together and Pair will not ship to Canada on any of the MLB Toppers!!! You would make so much money having them available to Canadians please please please

Locked out of website by Google reCAPTCHA v3

For a coder to work with a person who is not a coder, the back-and-forth can be frustrating. The Pair Networks Support Team stayed with me through the dumb questions and tried to explain what to do to solve my disastrous problem.

My Fault...Sorry

Since the problem was me not understanding the situation, I commend the Service Techs for their patience. They stayed with it until the problem was resolved, and their communication was prompt and on point.

Support request two days and still waiting

I contacted Support two days ago and still have not heard back yet. They just sent me an email asking for a review of the service they provided which was none.

*EDIT*

I think because my support involved canceling my account they purposely gave me the runaround to try and have it go away, but it eventually did get taken care of. It’s quite unfortunate. This is not the company it was 20 years ago.

Harder to get Pair support than it used to be

Had to resort to email when their phone and chat support wouldn't answer during their posted hours. First email response took 90 minutes. They didn't answer my response, although the problem eventually went away (and they didn't respond to my letting them know the problem went away).

The support person, Sean was great!

The support person, Sean, responded fast which surprised me since it was a Saturday.
The mypair.com page looked different and I wasn't sure how to get to where I could see my files.
Sean was able to let me know how to get started and I was able to get to my files and do my edits.
I just logged into mypair.com again and have documented how to navigate to the page I need.
Thank you so much. Appreciate all your help and your fast response..

Terrible

Terrible. Got nothing but a dismissive email from “Ivan.”
He told me that I “don’t appear” to be anyone involved with the account and that the domain I referenced “ doesn’t even exist”

If I’m a nobody from an unknown domain, why do you have my name, email and credit card on file for the account???

What’s going on there?
