Everything went fine once I found the urgent email address: I think it should be more apparent where you tell people they cannot chat or call on weekends. I appreciated that the agent told me about my... See more

Tech was knowledgeable and fixed it immediately
:)
I got a straight answer. It was not one I agreed with but it made sense about the reason PHP version was out of date.
They don't return phone calls. It took several days for them (despite the fact that I'm one of their contacts for System Notices) to authenticate my request.
They eventually fixed the problem, which I found out through an intermediary.

It was much better than my previous attempts to get help.
It was extremely difficult to figure out how to proceed to look into the problem, now that things had been changed since the last time I needed tech support. Once that was figured out, the interface was techy friendly too. I'm not techy and so also a bit of a trial. I imagine all that to be new issues that will be worked out over time. Once I got through that, the response was swift and successful. Thank you.
Pair Networks provided prompt, effective support for my E-mail server problem, even though it was reported over a weekend.
Great customer help - got everything fixed up asap. :) Pair is always on top of things when I have website issues.
Your support team is amazingly responsive! They got us through the change on my site. It wasn't seamless... but they were so responsive whenever we ran into an issue. It was resolved in less than 24 hours.
I had a lot of questions and concerns, and the Pair team not only answered all my questions every time, they went out of their way to help me sort out how to deal with my concerns. In the end I was able to save a ton of money by consolidating emails into one account with many forwarding recipes, and by allowing multiple low-traffic domains to share an IP. So yeah, they were very responsive and very helpful.
Subject to a huge spam attack. Contacted customer support who are always helpful. Unfortunately, they cannot help as the tools are not available. Pair CTO needs to recognize the vulnerabilities of their operation. Problem still not solved.
Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Never again!
The support specialist not only helped and resolved the situation that could occur under varying situations. He also went further by explaining what he did and provided me information.
Really good customer service. Fast responses even to non-US time-zones. Pricey for low-end static sites but good vfm for anything more complex. Good range of services.
Had problems with the 2FA.
The reason was non-trivial, in any case it a reset was needed. Pair staff handled this fast, and safely by asking for additional communication and proof of credentials.
As I would have expected! I signed up with pair first time in 1999.
I have been doing business with Pair since the mid 1990s. They have only gotten better in every possible way. Their tech support is nothing short of sensational and everyone has always been very helpful in assisting me with any issues that arise. I think very highly of the company and have a great deal of confidence in them.

As I recall, my last support request was about robots. My web traffic is up, with new patterns. I have noticed that some sites, like some of my science resources, have a preliminary screen that confirms I'm not a robot. I was wondering if such a preliminary screen was advisable for me. I was hoping for some helpful discussion. What I got felt like a quick dismissal. BTW- a link to my request would be helpful for this feedback exercise.
Ultimately, I received the information I needed. But do no doubt to recent billing and policy changes. It took several days for my question to be addressed and answered.
Honestly, I’m giving a three for the quality of the response. My overall satisfaction with Pair is lower. Billing changes have caused a number of disruptions for me. I’ve been with the company about 15 years and I find the recent changes to be problematic and not adequately communicated.
