Great service from start to finish. Easy booking online and easy packages to pick from especially when you have 4 wheels and tyres to send. Good price and collected on time.
And email was sent by Paisley freight to say my items had been delivered.
I would use them again and recommend them to others.

No show on a booked delivery. No contact and they are impossible to reach if there’s an issue.

Buyer cancelled order due to the delay and cost me £2000.

Have used Paisley Freight for over 10 years . They were one of the few companies willing to assist with shipping complete bicycles.
Used them recently to ship a coffee table.

I cannot fault the service from start to finish. Ordering was done on line and very simple. I sent a question via email and received a prompt reply.

I purchased the Push Bike Package, that included, packaging with a box, bubble wrap and tape, These items arrived the very next day. I arranged for the push bike to be picked up a few days later, to give me time to pack the push bike.

Excellent service from the start from me ordering the bundle to the push bike been delivered to my customer.

I cannot fault the service at all. I was notified that they would be using a local partner.

Lost my bike within 12 hours of collection from seller.I had to chase this up- then informed it was out for delivery (two days later) with a courier. One dispatched they decided the seller has used an over sized box, charged me £15. They updated my delivery status to say I had requested the change in delivery. Chaos. No bike, no idea where it is or when it will be delivered. Two days at home waiting and nothing. If you want stress free bike transport- go elsewhere. Edit; bike finally delivered- driver told me that he had seen the parcel at the depot the day before but it was just left there 🙈

I used Paisley freight to pick up a tyre. easy to book, next day collection on estimated time. Delivered the following day. Very good service.

Don’t bother go elsewhere wish I had read reviews proper took extra insurance out wheels arrived at seller week late and damaged and just give you run around no matter what evidence you supply they will ask for more and give you 24 hours to reply or close the case already taking legal steps to pursue my loss over this joke outfit

If this is the best thing you do today, do not use them, goods get damaged, they play the most incredible games to ware you down so you don't get a claim through or can't be bother, please please don't use them, director is trading as more than one company name look on company house records also has desolved business names you get the idea!

3 x I have used Paisley Freight for a bulky item, they are by far the best.

Straight forward service, easy to use with delivery completed exactly as described and on time.

Placed & paid for delivery only to be cancelled, disgusting dishonest company AVOID!

I had requested delivery of my bicycle but the date of collection kept getting delayed. Someone eventually came to collect it but this was a week after the initial collection day.

This date was provided my Paisley Freight and was not something I had arranged. They then request a rearrangement fee of £10 which seems unfair considering I had chosen an acceptable collection date which was then ignored.

Another collection date was arranged but they didn't come (we were in all day) but marked us as being away. 3 weeks and no collection, just a large bicycle box in the hallway.

Dont use…terrible service

Firstly, if your looking for an update dont bother. They dont have a telephone, so you cant call, all communication is via email. Even when they do respond its clear they just dont care!
The tracking tool, good luck with that!

I am blown away, pick up in Glagow delivered to Berkshire the next day and the cheapest quote on the Internet. I would recommend this company to everyone and would certainly use again it was effortless.

Paisley Freight offered a great deal for shipping a set of wheels and tyres. The wheels were collected yesterday and delivered today. I can't give them 5 stars because the actual shipping company, APC, provide very poor notice of collections and their tracking system didn't work.

Collecting from my door and dropped off in quick time .No issues and a quality service.
