The product is great. It allows us to easily manage day to day admin across a team that is dispersed globally, helps us manage performance - which is a salient part of our culture, and best of all, allows us to get deeper insights when required at our fingertips. Way better than many other products that promised so much but did not deliver. We adore the fact that the customer success team listens to us and reflects our feedback in the roadmap. Huge fans of Paismo.

Paismo has greatly improved our HR operations by streamlining leave management, attendance tracking, timesheets, and payroll processing. Leave requests are now transparent and easy to track, eliminating manual errors and delays. Attendance and timesheets have become more accurate and effortless to monitor, while payroll is processed faster with automated calculations that reduce the risk of mistakes.

Overall, Paismo has saved significant time and manual effort, allowing the HR team to focus more on strategic tasks rather than administrative follow-ups.

Their customer support team is very responsive and helpful, ensuring any queries or issues are addressed promptly, which adds further value to the overall experience.

We have recently been using Paismo for our printing factory. We have about 70-80 employees, and we mostly use it for the attendance and timesheets functionality. We have started to consider to use the shift scheduler, as for a factory, there are multiple shifts throughout the day and night time. The interface is quite simple to understand and the mobile app provides me on the go updates as a the factory owner and supervisor.

Their customer support team is also very active in helping out and they update the help centre with articles and videos quite frequently.
