Ordered x2 costumes. Only one arrived low quality and the second order was never dispatched.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. There website shows a US address but it is really Chinese garbage. They take a month to ship and their products are garbage. Then when you try to get a refund based on THEIR refund policy, they ignore you. STAY AWAY, YOUVE BEEN WARNED!

Ordered a kids manga costume. Charged and never arrived. Emails back and forth confirm this company is fraudulent. Do not order!

As all the other reviews state… ordered a Halloween costume early October, was promised prior to Halloween. After discussion with the team they instructed me that it was not garunteed to come in time like the website advertised. I requested a refund to which they accepted. 3 months on and have not recieved a refund, have been back and forth emailing for months and nothing. Now reading all other reviews, realising it’s a pattern and I’m likely not to receive my refund. What a waste of $300…

Beware of these crooks, Chinese crooks and thieves. Ordered a Halloween item, paid extra express shipping to guarantee delivery by Halloween. Here it is December and still no item nor a refund. Been told multiple times I would get a credit, Nothing.. Chinese junk and crooks, I hope Trump puts a tariff on their ass...

Junk product absolutely NOTHING as advertised/pictured. Two months getting the run around as I’ve followed every instruction and still no refund.

Wow never ever use this company! Placed an order with 4-6 days delivery. They didn't even dispatch the item after 10 days so I requested a refund. They then tell me my order was being made bespoke (no idea of this beforehand) and so I would only be able to receive 50% of the item cost as a refund. That is a joke in itself but then the kicker is that they didn't even refund me the 50%! They ignore all my emails completely and I'm just now out of pocket for the whole order. Do yourselves a favour and don't remotely take the risk of ordering from this site. I cannot comment on the quality as I never received anything. My mistake was not checking trustpilot before ordering!

Fraudulent company.
Like so many others here, I should have read reviews before buying. I paid $29 for expedited shipping with a "100% guarantee" that a costume would arrive before Halloween. It arrived days later than promised, after the holiday, making it useless. Company response is that I should have know their shipping schedule would make their own promise impossible (with an obnoxious smiley face emoji at the end of the message).

Nothing like what I ordered! Terrible quality, unwearable and total waste of money! Refused to refund! Don’t buy from here!

Dreadful service. Misleading images and info about the item bought and no conversation seemingly possible since requesting a return form on those grounds. A scam.

I wish I read the reviews before purchasing! Outfit arrived 5 days after Halloween. Just want to send the item back as I have no requirement for it and I have had no response! Thankfully my bank have been amazing and refunded me the full amount while they investigate this shoddy business! They have even shut their website down. Avoid at all costs!!! How they can get away with this is beyond me!

Avoid at all costs, will take your money but won’t deliver. Paid extra for quick delivery as stated it was coming from UK but are China based. Complete scam

It’s a complete scam - you will never receive the item you ordered or a refund. They’ll reply to your email stating that they will give you a refund but you’ll never see it.

Paid express delivery, didn’t come at the time stated. Emailed customer service and received a reply stating that their processing time is on top of the delivery time. Absolute rubbish company!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I paid $30 for express shipping and to be here by Halloween. It didn't get shipped until the 30th. 17 business days after I ordered. Requested a refund. Was told no due to shipping policy and now the website no longer exist. $110 gone.

Scam! The costume I got was weirdly different sizes (some pieces too big, some too small, very cheap quality although it cost £65. I asked for a refund and they said I would have to pay for it myself (to China) and that “if you want to return it to us, it will waste you too much time and money.” They said if I kept it they would refund 5%.
Also arrived late - 9 working days (so two weeks) when it was supposed to be 4-6.

Placed order and paid for “express shipping 4-6 business days”, After two weeks I wrote asking for a refund and this is the response I received;

This company is horrible. Do not buy from them! Their product are cheap and over priced. Took longer than the expected then the delivery date now they won’t refund me.

Bought my costume before halloween and paid almost £18 fee to have this delivered within 3-4 days. The Costume arrived in 6. Which made me to buy a new one and they dont respond to my messages, as I want to return it.

Terrible. Promised delivery before a certain date and the item didn’t arrive on time. To make matters worse the customer service people claimed they were not responsible for their delivery guarantee. Ridiculous waste of energy.
