I would strongly recommend against using this site. Despite the following workday got their website they do not provide refunds for unopened goods - 'We gladly accept returns within 14 days of receipt for most items in new condition if you're not 100% satisfied with the items you received.'

I ordered a costume on the 05/11/2022, it is now 11/01/2023 and I still haven't recieved my order.

So, I contacted UK.pajamasbuy a couple weeks after my order should've been delivered as the courier said to contact the seller. I contacted them and was told they'd try and contact the courier to get an update on my order. All well and good. I wait a couple more weeks and I hear nothing back from either the courier or the seller, so I email the seller to ask if there has been any updates. They advise me they are still waiting to hear back and that they would contact me when they did. More weeks pass by so I email again with the intention of a refund as it has now been 2 months and I haven't recieved my order. They then tell me the courier miraculously had contacted them and that the courier couldn't deliver to my address and that I needed to contact the courier. As Evri (the courier in question) had already delivered two items to me in the same week I recieved this email (and had prior) with no issues I believe that to be a lie from the seller. I don't believe the seller contacted the couriers at all and at this point believe they never even had the product to sell off in the first place as my order now doesn't show up when I follow the link from the confirmation email it says it doesn't exist. I am going through the process of disputing my transaction with my bank now.

WORST DECISION!!! DO NOT BUY!!! The item description says: Pink SILK Shorts Sleepwear IS ACTUALLY POLYESTER - Ships from China NOT Canada!!!! waited over a month for a Christmas gift, and ordered 2 items. 1 out of the two was NOT what I ordered.
How is it this site is still open and operating in
CANADA???!!!

I ordered for Christmas gift on Dec. 12 2022 is now January 7 2023 still never got it, I emailed them said call the shipper take it from them. This place is a scam don't order anything from them better pay a little more alteast you will get your product this place somewhere in China not Japan. READ THE REVIEW BEFORE ORDER OR YOU WILL BE SCREWED.

DO NOT BUY .....6_7 days they say but it's been 7weeks and nothing .I got emailed saying it's been delivered that day at 8 pm but the email was sent at 6pm and I can't track or get any help from customer service.

I order from this company and still waiting for my order, i think not only should this company should be investigated. I think Google should be too for allowing a scam website on there, like me. People have l lost a lot of money and by the looks of things we will not be get are money back. This isn't not right and Google and this company need to pay for what they done to us and take responsibility for there actions. They can't get away with it. 😡😡😡😡😡

This company should be investigated . Seems many people have had the same experience I’ve had , which is paying for a product we never receive. When inquiries are made , no response. I’ve, as many , have simply been ripped off . Criminal !

Recently purchased a set of matching jammies...Well..By recently, I mean two months ago. They never came. I never received any sort of confirmation. Any time I've tried to contact customer support I got no email back. But you bet your butt that the charge to my credit card went through immediately.

I wish I had read the reviews before I used this company! I had the same problem as many others here - paid 15 pounds for express delivery and it didn't arrive on time for party. The company will not acknowledge this as apparently express is up to 14 working days!! Do not use.

ordered the dress in October 15 for my daughter’s Halloween costume. They never send the costume on time and refused to cancel the order and return my money when I realized it wasn’t going to arrive on time. The costume arrived on November 2. Unethical company, don’t do business with them.

Pajamasbuy is a scam, return policy doesn't exist.

I so wish I read the reviews first. The company is a sham and their refund policy is a disgrace . I order a suit and the quality is poor and the suit arrived too late for Halloween party, but the shop will not refund my money citing the item arrived on time given processing time from China, so read the small print. Don't purchase from this company because you will be sorry.

Quality costumes but make sure your costume will fit .Their refund policy is a sham . I ordered a large costume based on the sizing chart , but it still ran small . They will not refund me , and only will give 5% of my money back , claiming it’s because they’re based out of China . That is not my problem , I received a product that doesn’t fit based on the size chart . It’s theft of money . Do not order from them unless you’re sure .

I paid for fast shipping and my item came way later than expected and it wasn't even what I ordered. Now they are not responding when I email them about returning the item.

Not even 1 star. I ordered my costume from this horrible company and I didn't get it in time for Halloween so I had to order another from amazon. Amazon rocks for it was delivered the next day!! Been trying to reach out to this company for a return and no one is replying to my emails.

Do not but from this website! They are a scam. I ordered Halloween costumes and paid for expedited shipping which the website guaranteed by Halloween. Now they tell me expedited is 6-7 days processing and another 5-6 days shipping. Which doesn’t say on website! Now will only refund 50% of my money. They suck!

Do not buy from this company! I paid for 6-9 business day shipping. Did not receive my item for 16 days. By the time I got it. It was too late for when I needed it. And they refused to issue a refund.

I WAS HAPPY WITH THE PRODUCT THAT WAS DELIVERED TO US JUST IN TIME FOR HALLOWEEN. I HAD TO PAY EXTRA FOR EXPRESS DELIVERY (WHICH WAS ENTIRELY MY FAULT FOR NOT ORDERING EARLIER). I GOT WORRIED AT FIRST, SO I LOOKED FOR OPTIONS AND STUMBLED UPON OTHER PEOPLE'S REVIEWS SAYING THE COMPANY WAS A SCAM BUT IT DEFINITELY IS "NOT".
