Deceptive company
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!! Please read complaints on BBB to understand some common issues with them. I have paid over $8000 over the last two years and the majority of my accounts that i provided information for resolution are still left unpaid. They were not contacted by Palisade to resolve my debt which is a huge disappointment. Some of my accounts could have been completely paid off with the amount of money i have paid Palisade. I have not reached out to discuss this with Palisade, which is on me, because i am so angry. But i have discontinued payments; since then i’ve received emails ‘let’s get you back on track’ to ‘we’re going to have to cancel your contract’(several times) so cancel!! And refunds?? After reading other complaints, not really expecting one although i feel i’m entitled to one.

The negotiations have taken over a year and at least 8 phone calls, some lasting over an hour, and still trying to get things settled.

Not recommendable…
I gave them two debts to settle they settled one immediately then instead of using money that I was putting in to my fund for both debts they took it upon themselves to pay theirselves off before settling my second debt which they settled two years later, My first debt they saved me 60% from what I originally owed my second debt they only saved me about 20% very poor at contacting you very poor at letting you know what's going on I don't recommend them.

BEWARE your credit will fall quickly
This company starts out ok and they let all your debt go into collections and then they negotiate and charge you over 27% and that make what they say they saved me more than the original debt and I got a legal papers for a debt that was settled by an attorney and the one taking me to court and they had the nerve to charge me for settling it I cancelled my agreement with palisade and today I get a call from someone at lendify trying to get me to say great stuff about palisade legal group and I said they are a piece of crap charging me for a settlement they never helped with before they took over my credit score was over 780 and 3 years later it is in the 300s I advise everyone to beware before you use them

Program fell short
The program is fine and very helpful, however, I was disappointed how the end of my program was handled. Until I called to inquire, I was unaware that my program had ended. I had $1000+ left in escrow, I had 3 unsettled accounts, and automatic withdrawls were cancelled. Not a very good ending to a 4 yr relationship. Also, I was supposed to end the program with a credit card account to roll the balances into to start rebuilding my credit. The program fell short of what I was promised.

Customer service was nice enough
Customer service was nice enough, but I had a settlement offer mailed to me for much less than what PLG offered me. They were unable to ‘reach an agreement’ with my creditor before it was sent to collections, even though I had sent the settlement offer to them to accept on my behalf. Month fees were high and I ended up paying more than my debts when all of the service fees were added.
