This is a scam. They advertise their products as handmade and charge €38 per item. However, a quick Google search reveals that the exact same products are sold on Asian websites such as Temu and Shein for around €6.
To make matters worse, they do not respond to emails, making it impossible to contact them to cancel an order or request a refund.
Please do not buy anything from these scammers.
EVERYONE BEWARE: This website is very likely a scam. I ordered jewelery about 2 months ago on a website named "aeterne.de". I ordered a ring and received two different ones - but not the product I had chosen before.
I wanted to contact the support to solve the problem but the only way to do so is a contact window on the bottom of the website. Not even a real email. You can give your name, email address and the matter you'd like to talk about. They say they'll answer you soon, but they don't. Not after a second message from me either. They just don't help you.
After a while, the website was not accessible any more. But while scrolling on instagram I saw an ad for the same products. The websites design was identical with aeternes, the products were the same, the way to contact the "support" was like before - just the name was now changed to "palladea".
Do yourself a favor and don't order on this website.
