If I could give 10 stars i would. I ordered some cladding last year and with one and another. Only just got round to having this done to find we had not ordered enough. I could not remember where I ordered it from and Chloe found it as I had ordered it through another Etsy and did not give up until she found it. Her level of customer service is by far the best I have ever had. What an absolute credit. I am not one for leaving reviews but I had to based on Chloe's outstanding service.

Great customer service and help. There was a small delay in the delivery but thankfully it didn't effect the project. Would use again!

I bought 7 off 30cm x 40cm crates measured to fit an alcove. The pallets were not to the dimensions stated on the website (up to 5cm oversized in some cases), meaning I could not use them as intended. Also, the poor assembly meant that the wood was split in at least 4 of the 7 crates meaning that the could not be on display in my daughters bedroom. I’m now using the crates to store logs in the garage. That’s all they are really fit for!

Simple ordering process and the photos on the web site exactly matched what was delivered! Good range of different size and colour boards which gave the effect that I wanted. All boards were useable with no issues at all. Absolutely satisfied👍

This is a up and coming company that’s obviously going to become very successful.
I’ve chosen the sanded bourd version, the boards arrived quite quickly and in very basic packaging, which is absolutely brilliant, No frills but keeping the costing down which is excellent as a sustainable product. Great company, prices and Customer service.
Won’t hesitate to use you again or recommend your company to fellow colleagues.

Excellent customer service and good variety. The boards were well sanded, nails heads left in for effect and end result came out much better than expected. If I do another pallet wall or project involving pallets I would certainly order again.

i have used this company before and the timber was really good on a bar front at a local Theatre unfortunately this time the wood was absolutely shocking thankfully i had ordered enough as 25% was only fit for burning. i ordered sanded boards, the sanding belt must need changing or someone needs to stand a bit nearer to the wood and don't mention the bent over nails that needed removing
i was very disappointed

Chloe, was Incredibly helpful at helping me work out exactly what I needed, we were trying to match something which had been started, not finished by previous owner. The end result was fantastic, with hardly any wastage. We cladded a concrete garage with wooden pallet boards and painted it in black barn paint.

Ordered and they came a week later, very well packaged and a good mix of timbers which really helps in achieving a nice finish. I ordered the pre - sanded planks, they only needed a light finishing sanding once installed. No damaged or broken planks either. I would recommend.

From the initial order to receiving the boards chloe kept us informed of progress the boards arrived and we had choosen 10m2 pack of mixed boards when you get them in packs we found it best to unpack allthe boards and then you can put them in piles to suit varying widths ,colours etc boards approx 12.5 to 15mm thick ,we used screws to fix ours and we put a grey stain on some to suit our colour scheme.one thing i would say is when the boards arrive there is a bit of moisture in them which you will not notice if you want your joints to be tight after unpacking them them dry out for a week or so otherwise you may fit them with a tight joints and then they will dry and shrink slighly we fitted them straight away as we wanted a smallshadow gap between the boards and after fixing the reduced in width by a couple of mm so worked out great .if you are looking for a rustic type board finish at a good price this is a product which will give you good value for money.

Ordered 2 different sizes for our project, they were delivered promptly, communication was great. The boards look fab, we are thrilled to bits with the finished project.

Excellent product, the boards were to the advertised sizes and painting style.. slight issue with my first order which was corrected in good time with excellent customer service!! The end product I made was a rustic classed dining table and I was pleased with the end result (much cheaper than the cost of a new table).

Excellent quality wood, just what I was looking for behind my TV as a feature wall, the satin finish in the oil clad has a nice sheen (not too shiny) and can be wiped clean. I ran out and needed to order some more and there was no problem.

Struggled to find decent pallet wood but stumbled across this site. Lots of choice and easy to order. Delivery was quick and competitive. Very happy will be placing another order
