Had been looking to make a bit of an alpine themed room. Looked at various companies product but liked what I had read and photos on rustic direct web page.
So ordered and delivery arrived. My first worry was how do I know I have the correct quantity in the pallet as it’s all planks.
Acclimatised wood as suggested started putting up and after just several boards up it was better than I hoped.
Project done and a few boards left so decided do a feature behind a radiator and made a ski rack as well.
I contacted rustic direct for advice on wax and they were very helpful.
The effect was fantastic and a really really good product and company to work with.
I cleaned over all the boards again with a damp cloth to remove any last dust/dirt and then rubbed over with a light wax. I really don’t want to loose the great effect with any colour.
We are so pleased with the result and glad I found rustic direct. Highly recommend and will use again.

Was a mess up with delivery as was promised for the Thursday but never arrived, after speaking to a staff member they promised a Saturday delivery to which the wood arrived, really happy with the product, made a dull bar into a modern look

We bought some Natural Mixed Tones Rustic cladding for a couple of internal walls. It was the first time we've tried a project like this so followed a couple of online tutorials. The product isn't straight forward to use due to slightly different sizes, which was expected. But with a bit of though and care to mix and match tones and sizes it is fantastic, lightly sanded for a great finish & a great mixture of tones & details that give your project a uniqueness and character. We absolutely love our finished project and would definitely buy from Rustic Direct again.

Rustic direct provided me with a lovely sage green stand for my raw dog food shop, although the order took slightly longer than anticipated we are extremely pleased with the result and customers compliment it.

Just what I needed

Rustic direct had just what we were looking for and at a great price. Delivery was quick and to the promised date. We bought one stand first to check it was going to work and then another five which were hand delivered. We used three stands back to back and then did our own graphics to brand the stand. We used it at Badminton Horse trials and it looked great. It also gives us the flexibility to use as pairs or as a long line which is great for the future

Very happy with the wood, just what we needed to create a unique and good looking background for dartboard. Perfect!
