Ich habe mich gut betreut und aufgehoben gefühlt. Bitte nutzt den Shop und macht gern die gleichen Erfahrungen.

Leider war der bestellte Artikel defekt. Dafür kann der Verkäufer aber nichts.
Die Mitarbeiter im Kundenservice waren sehr freundlich und hatten auch mögliche Lösungen zur eventuellen Problembehebung vorgeschlagen.
Retourenabwicklung verlief dann aber schnell und unkompliziert.
