Natalie Brock is a great project manger: attentive, responsive, available and competent.
The lay-out team was very good as well, albeit some errors which they had to redome.
The editors left too many errors I thought which had to be corrected more than once, and I felt some mistakes should have been caught before final reads.

Even though I felt it took longer to get to publication than it should have for the little that was needed, overall, I am very pleased with the end product and the open communication during the production. I can't discourage anyone from using Palmetto Publishing to help with their project.

My recent experience with Palmetto was biphasic in that my first project manager was incommunicative and less than competent. I complained and was given a new project manager, Natalie Ireland, who was an ideal project manager: engaged, responsive, and competent. Had I had her the entire time I would have given the Palmetto experience a solid five. I appreciated the way the supervisor of project managers responded to my complaint. This is my first time publishing a book. I shopped around for a while before I came across Palmetto Publishing. I had an amazing experience! Sophia and Reeves were the best.
