Hanno spedito la merce sbagliata, nel sacchetto scrivendo la taglia corretta e all'interno avendone tutt'altra. contattati subito appena aperto il pacco sono passati 4 giorni e ancora nessun contatto. non comprate.

Non hanno spedito l'ordine e non rispondono alle mail
Ho ordinato due borse per un regalo il 20 aprile pagando con carta di credito, mi arriva subito la conferma dell'ordine. Per la spedizione il sito prevede da 2 a 6 giorni lavorativi. Il 2 maggio, non avendo ricevuto nessuna comunicazione provo a contattare la ditta tramite chat, non ottengo nessuna risposta. Il 3 maggio ho inviato una mail chiedendo informazioni sulla spedizione e non ho ricevuto nessuna risposta.
Mi pare che basti per giudicare il sito COMPLETAMENTE INAFFIDABILE.
