Doesn’t even rate one star

Doesn’t even rate one star. Total illegitimate “company”.
Christina emails back .....” hot product has great reviews, if you are not satisfied we will ask you return it for 10% refund. It will cost you $20 to return it.” Keeping in mind the garden kneeler cost $15.99, 48 cents tax and $6.99 for s/h. I received 2 pads and 2 side fabric “pocket” pieces. No hardware, no poles.
The package was marked Lightweight, I assume they spent as little as possible to ship it. Christina never has offered to understand or do anything but reimburse at pennies on the dollar. She requested a positive review!!
Obviously from China, a California P.O.B was on the label and it appears it was originally sent from a warehouse in Illinois. Hard to track right? Other reviews show there is no way to return it to the POB. They sell other products too. We are lucky we only spent $23.46.
10% refund, scam scam scam.

Same experience I am reading by others. Total Fraudulent company. I received the same 2 knee cushions and 2 side bags, no frame which is the same as everyone else is posting about them. They need to be put out of business.

Horrible

I ordered from an ad on Facebook. The picture showed a garden kneeler with frame. I assumed it was coming from the US - Illinois, though I can't remember why I thought that. As other reviewers, I received two foam pieces and two tool holders. Very cheap. And it came from China.

I ordered what I saw on the picture

I ordered what I saw on the picture. It was a garden bag kneeler and seat. I got 2 pads and 2 tool holders. I could get them at the Dollar tree. I wrote them and still am trying to get my money back. The picture is deceiving making you think you are gonna get what you see so make sure you check it all out if you order from them.

It’s one of those too good to be true things where your BS meter should go off but your blinded by the price. Tried to order a golf chipping game. Paid $80 and was given two tiny squares of Astro turf. I told them that’s not was I ordered and they told me nothing they could do and if I didn’t like it to give away as a gift. Scam site. Please learn from my mistake and do not buy from them

TOTAL SCAM!! Run away!!

Like others, I was scammed by this company. I ordered the garden kneeler and only got 2 pieces of foam. Customer service leads people on. First they act like they are going to refund and request pictures of what was received. Then they send an email saying "While according to our substantial experience, it will cost you more than 20 USD for shipping the product back to us, and customers need to be responsible for the returning shipping fee." They know nobody is going to spend $20 to send something back that cost $30. And if I did, I'm sure they will only use it to scam somebody else. I doubt I would hear from them again. They claim the products come from US; that is a lie. Come from China, then the US.

Can"t Give Zero Stars!!!

Can"t Give Zero Stars!!!
The garden kneeler was advertised as a complete unit. The item received was just the pad - nothing else - for $30. The pad (if that is all I wanted) is available locally and the one received is worth no more than $3.

It took a month before I received the garden kneeler I ordered. I would have been happy if that was the only problem. BUT the item didn't not come with the metal parts as shown. When I complained they said they could send me an address to send it to but it would cost me over $20, but if I wanted to order again they would give me a discount.

I ordered a Garden Kneeler bench for…

I ordered a Garden Kneeler bench for approx. $20 and received a kneeling pad that I could have bought at the Dollar Store. When I contacted the company they said this is what I had ordered and rather than correct their error and send me the correct product or refund my money, this was their reply: "This is the best proposal that I can provide to you, but in this case, I have checked with our manager, we would like to offer you an exceptional proposal which will be provided to you only: how about we provide a 20% refund for the product. Otherwise, you will cost more than 20USD for shipping the product back to us, and customers need to be responsible for the returning shipping fee." From reading other reviews, this seems to be business as usual for this company. I would not recommend buying anything from this company. Very dishonest.

Pamonny A Rip off web that needs to be shut Down

They are making a fortune with their Gift Promotion Garden Kneeler. I bought the promo ($24 w shipping)
I got a cheap foam pad after waiting for over 3 weeks. Had to contact them to see when I could receive my package,
and again when I received it to complain about being cheated.Their reply
Thanks for your reply.
We are so sorry to hear that you are not willing to accept what we proposed. In this situation, we would like to offer you below two proposals:
1) Send back the products and need to be responsible for the shipping fee more than 20USD.
2) Or we can offer you 10% of the product value as refund.
I wish I had found these reviews b4 buying- They need to be shut down b4 more people get ripped off.
Screw You Pamonny

I ordered something off of an ad from…

I ordered something off of an ad from Facebook and was directed to Pamonny site. The item pictured in the description was a folding garden bench that inverts for a kneeling surface. what was shipped was a foam knee pad. I trying to get them to take it back or send the correct item and they claimed they are out of stock. They offered a percentage of my purchase price for me to just keep it. I told them I don't want it even then and can't get them to send a prepaid shipping info to return the item. I didn't want what was sent and their ad was very deceptive not even showing a picture of the kneeling pad but instead the garden bench. They are purposefully deceitful I would stay far away from them.

Bait & Switch!

Bait & Switch!
This crooked company offered a "Garden Kneeler" which is a metal frame with a pad to kneel or sit on. I ordered 3 and instead of the item I ordered, got 3 cheap foam pads. Despite multiple emails, they refuse to send the items that I ordered.

Horrible

Horrible, Horrible Company!!!!!!!! They are Scam artists!! I see that I am not the only one, that they have scammed. Ordered the garden seat, and only received part of it. They want me to ship the item that I paid, $22.98 for with shipping and tax back to them that may cost approx. $20 to return. All I asked them to do was to send me the missing parts, that they should have sent me, in the first place!! My advice is to not order anything from this company... You will wait almost a month to receive only part of what you ordered!!! Watch out for Facebook ads too.
