Stay away - SCAM!

My experience is similar to others. Bought the garden kneeler, received 2 foam pads and 2 "tool holders," but no steel frame, which is pretty much the point of the whole contraption. They suggested I spend the $20 to return the product, or accept a 20% discount. When I balked, they upped the discount to 25%. Dealing with them is not worth the trouble, and they know it. I am reporting to Facebook and to my credit card company.

Buyer beware

Buyer beware! I wish I’d search for reviews first! I thought I carefully sourced a garden kneeler/seat and WAITED over 4 weeks. I ordered 2 and two other item for their “deal”. I also receive 2pieces of foam at $15.99 each and a useless tool bag for 9.99. The gloves are ok but not enough to justify the $52 transaction.

I was told I’d have to pay $20 to return them so they suggested I would be better off to give them to a friend!

I’m working with PayPal to get help to fight this racket!

I too fell for the Pamonny garden…

I too fell for the Pamonny garden kneeler scam, so much so, I'm embarrassed to say, that I ordered 3 in order to get a discount and save on shipping - one for me and one for my husband and a spare!!!. It looks as if they have since changed their site because NOW it CLEARLY gives you other purchase options listed directly below the kneeler selection. I never would have purchased these things had I not been fooled by their deceptive description, but I really should have known better. I am requesting a return address for full refund, most likely will not hear from them. I wish I read the reviews that others have left about this seller.

Unfortunately, I am also a victim of Pamonny

Unfortunately, I am also a victim of Pamonny and the garden kneeler. Today, I received the pad that would fit into a kneeler, but nothing else...after waiting almost six weeks since I placed my order the first week of July. I am so upset at losing $22.98 cents being an 87 year old on a limited income. Such dishonesty! I requested a refund, but I am sure I will never get it. I wish I had looked up the reviews that others have left about the same garden kneeler they too never received.
Be aware...don't buy anything from this company.

I wish I had read the reviews. I received one of the foam pads and nothing else. Worked with customer service for a week and no solution. FaceBook should monitor the companies that are ripping people off.

This is a Scam company

This is a Scam company. I also bought the garden kneeler and only recieved a cushion after a month of waiting. When I contacted the company they told me they had to see pictures of the product and shipping label, which I then sent. I quickly got an email back saying that they would reimburse me 15% of what I paid and I could keep the cushion. So in other words I paid $22.98 for a cushion that I could have gotten at the garden store for a couple bucks. I am going to contact every social media site and complain. This company is getting away with stealing. Also, calling the better business bureau to file a complaint against them. Don't fall for this or order anything from their store.

Complete ripoff

Complete ripoff. Don't know why I didn't see these reviews before, but it's exactly the same thing. Took over a month to get to me "because of the pandemic", but all I got were 2 cheap foam pads and no stand. Some sort of gloves and who knows what the "tool kit" is - I'm not opening this as I'm sending it right back to get my money back.

Don't kick yourself over the Garden Kneeler scam

Don't kick yourselves over the garden kneeler scam. I notice all reviews are within the time frame of my order. There would have been no way to know before I ordered.

I ordered on July 6th and was informed by Amex that there had been a foreign charge to may account even though Pamonny states sold and made in USA. I tried to cancel but the first email was not valid. The other email got a reply in ten-days saying my order had already been shipped and it would cost me to cancel. One month later three foam pads arrived. I emailed again and got an immediate reply to send photos of shipping label and contents. Instead I called Amex and they said I'd receive a credit within three days. Inside the package is a card asking if you have complaints to NOT contact Paypal or your CC company because that caused delays. Mailing label says it came from "Joe" in Hawthorn, CA. Facebook should be ashamed. This company is as bogus as they get. Zuckerberg owes us all money!

Same story different customer

Same story different customer, this company is a fraud! Take your money send you crap you didn’t order then offer you a 10% refund. At least some people received the gloves and tool caddy, all I got was the lousy piece of foam. I have filed a complaint with PayPal Will also try to do so on my credit card.

Do not order the Garden Kneeler

Garden Kneeler IS A COMPLETE RIPOFF

Like many here, we purchased the Garden Kneeler. In fact, we bought 2. We, too, only received the pads. Believe your eyes; when •every• reviewer is leaving the same review, you can rest assured it's not a coincidence.

We also have lodged a complaint with our bank and Facebook.

Total SCAM

Total SCAM. Ordered 2 garden kneelers. Received 4 foam pads, 2 pairs of gloves, and 4 tool pouches. No metal at all. They offered 10% refund, but they tell me it will cost me $20.00 to ship this crap back to them. Contacted my credit card company. Now I am going to contact Facebook. They should not be allowed to advertise on Facebook again. I see they sell more items.

I would give this company a 0 star if…

I would give this company a 0 star if it were possible. This company advertised on Facebook and presented a reasonable website. By all accounts it looked legitimate. But it is not. This is one of the most blatant scams I have seen from a company. They take your money and ship you something entirely different from what you ordered. I for example ordered the garden kneeler only to receive a piece of foam. When customer service is contacted they want you to spend another $20 so they can issue you a return label and then they will refund a portion of your money. Their website clearly states 100% Money Back...and nowhere does it say that you have to pay to return the product...even a product that you did not order. Run as far and as fast as you can away from this fraudulent company. They are out right thieves!

I wish I'd read these reviews before ordering one of these stools. I'm usually very careful and check where items are coming from but I was so excited about this product that I didn't do my homework. It's been over a month now and I still haven't received mine but I am bracing myself to receiving the same as everyone else.

Garden Kneeler IS A COMPLETE RIPOFF

Garden Kneeler IS A COMPLETE RIPOFF! The Facebook ad showed a two tier metal frame with foam pads on both tiers. It took a month and all I received is a piece of foam that should have cost $1 or $2. I'll never buy from Pamonny again and calling my CC company to get a credit.

This company is scamming people

This company is scamming people. They actually are committing fraud by false advertisement. The picture shows a bench and they ship you a pad. It appears to be a wonderful deal but buyer beware. You will not get any satisfaction from them. They are willing to take the reputation hit as long as they can get your $20.00 for a $5.00 product.
